LOGISTIC
Achieving over 500 rooms in the French Alps in very cold temperatures
without any local logistic platform and within a very short time frame,
requires extreme anticipation.
Defining the production schedule, taking into account the assembly time,
determining the right packaging, planning the installation, choosing the
right transportation, dedicating the proper team, RED Edition masters all
