Welcome Web3D 2013 Conference Attendee!
Thank you for registering. The Organizing Committee is very glad to welcome you to the Web3D 2013 Conference in San
Sebastian. This form provides all of the necessary information for the registration process.

The registration process will be handled, in agreement with ACM, by our local partner “FUNDACION CURSOS DE VERANO”, a
department of the Basque Country University (www.ehu.es) specialized in organizing international conferences and
workshops. Please do not hesitate to contact them for any registration-related information.

Submission & payment
Registrations are accepted and confirmed only with the completed and signed registration form (via fax or email) and
accompanied with full payment. The registration form and the respective payment in Euros must be sent together according
to your specific request. Payments should be made in EUROS (payments in other currencies will not be accepted) by the
following procedures ONLY:
By Credit Card: Visa and Master / Eurocard filling out the registration form. No other credit card will be accepted.

Caution
Currency exchange charges or bank collection fees are the sole responsibility of the registrant. All names and information
must be clearly stated, otherwise the Organizing Staff will be unable to trace and acknowledge payment.
Registration confirmation
You will receive a confirmation as soon as the Organizing Staff has received your payment. Please allow approx. 3 days after
receipt of your completed registration form and required payment to receive confirmation with details of your registration.

Cancellations must be notified by writing only, and must be sent to [email protected]. Cancellation Fees: Until 5 June: A
refund less than an administrative charge of 40€ will only be available by providing notification of cancellation in writing to

Cursos de Verano. From 6 June: No refunds will be given.
Travel and Accommodation
Travel and accommodation are handled separately. We will be pleased to help you with information and booking support
