We Break The Dawn: Master Planning the Future
The National Federation of Filipino American Associations (NaFFAA) respectfully requests your corporate sponsorship for its
upcoming 2014 National Empowerment Conference to be held in San Diego, CA. NaFFAA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization
based in Washington, D.C. Since its inception 15 years ago in 1997, NaFFAA has served as the unifying voice for 4 million FilipinoAmericans across the entire United States. Standing on the shoulders of those who championed before us, the theme "We Break the
Dawn: Master Planning the Future" aims to bring new light to better community organizing by empowering the individual with tools,
resources, and a shared network. When we refine our skills and learn new strategies, we become stronger advocates delivering more
effective programs and services. Our hope is to build a new master plan for the next generation of leaders.
The 2014 National Empowerment Conference is projected to attract 500+ Filipino American leaders, community organizers, business entrepreneurs, and government officials from all around the country. This year, the conference also includes a College Summit which marks the first time that an intercollegiate national
Filipino American conference will be held along with the Empowerment Conference. The diverse audience makes it a prime opportunity to reach out to multiple
generations and various types of professionals and community organizers. The
conference will be held August 7-10th, 2014 at the Town and Country Resort
and Convention Center in San Diego, CA. The four-day event will focus on formulating key strategies to address the political, social, health, educational, and
economic issues concerning the Filipino American community.
As a sponsor for this conference, your organization and brand would be widely exposed through a number of various outlets,
including: local & national media, newsletters, the NaFFAA website, the conference website, press kit, brochures, the
NaFFAA Facebook Like Page, and much more! Please keep in mind that your charitable contribution may also qualify as tax
deductible. In addition to the tax incentive that comes with becoming a corporate sponsor for our organization, the most
important benefit is knowing that the monetary donations you contribute would make a tremendous impact; not only on the
conference and organization, but the entire Filipino American population as a whole. We are passionate, hard-working, and
optimistic for our generation and future generations to come. NaFFAA asks you to become a sponsor and help us keep this
historic movement alive.
By choosing to be a sponsor for our event, your company will most certainly make a
difference in helping NaFFAA accomplish its mission and vision. Attached to this letter,
and benefits available to your company. NaFFAA offers five levels of corporate
sponsorship: Headline - Please contact us; Headline - $10,000+ Platinum - $5,000+;
Gold - $2,500+; Silver - $1,000+; and Bronze - $500+. Furthermore, there are definitely
other ways your company may provide sponsorship other than the levels stated above.
NaFFAA is grateful for the kind consideration; we extend our thanks for taking the
time to read this letter. We hope your company decides to sponsor our conference
and create a long-lasting, meaningful relationship. It would be greatly appreciated if
you could provide us with a contact to keep us updated on the status of our request.
