Trick or Treat here at Plum Creek turned out a massive crowd of children and their parents. Our residents
emptied out numerous bowls of candy time and time again throughout the night. The showing from the
community was our largest year yet, with over 600 people! Despite the worrisome weather, everyone
managed to enjoy a safe and warm evening indoors. Residents, family members, and staff alike were
impressed by the wide array of costumes displayed by the trick-or-treaters. After filling their bags with
candy, the children savored a smorgasbord of festive treats in our dining room. Thank you to all the
families who provided candy for their resident and to those who came in to enjoy the festivities as well!
During the holidays things can be a bit crazy for all of us but it’s very important
that we keep things as structured as possible when it comes to so many
residents coming and going during the holiday season.
*Thanksgiving meal will be held on Thanksgiving at 12 noon.
*$10/Person, 3 guest limit per resident.
*Call 330-220-4900 or email [email protected] to make your Thanksgiving
meal reservation.
*If the resident is going out please turn in the Medication Request Form.
*Medication Request Forms are included in this newsletter.
*Medication Request Forms need to be turned into the front desk by November 19th.

the night of the event or anytime prior to the event at the front desk for 6 for $5, 12 for $10, or 25 for $20.
On Friday, December 18th at 2:00, we will have our Family Christmas Party. We
ask that each family bring a small gift for their resident by December 11th.
Santa will join us at the party and he will pass out the gifts. The afternoon will
be complete with musical entertainment & a holiday dessert bar. This is a party
that we look forward to all year long. We love having our whole Plum Creek

Medication request forms will be coming home in the next newsletter for Christmas Eve
and Christmas Day. It’s important that we know ahead of time which residents will be
going out so we can have their medications prepared to send with them.
