A motion was made and seconded to adopt a base rate of $20.00 per month for 5/8" and 3/4" meters, to adjust the other meter size base rates accordingly, and to not include any usage in the base rate. Tier 1 will include 1,000 - 10,000 gallons. Tier 2 will include 11,000 25,000 gallons, and the other tiers will remain the same, including the drought rates.
