What does the revocation right mean for you?
The revocation right is provided for in §355 of the German Civil Code (Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch; BGB). It protects
you as a consumer from contractual commitments. As a
consumer, you have the right to dissolve a contract already
entered into under certain prerequisites by declaration of
revocation within statutory periods.
