from the daily fish market of Galicia with the maximum freshness and quality.
“GASTROBAR ROSALES 36”, situated in the noble Paseo del Pintor Rosales number 36, it is a new restaurant concept where you can have breakfast
pastries exquisite handicrafts and taste tapas, pinchos and portions author. It offers cozy spaces to enjoy those moments that both crave afterwork
after a day of work and a comfortable terrace equipped for both summer and winter.

WINE EXPERIENCE CENTER, LA REBELIÓN DE LOS MANDILES
In the Wine Experience Center, LA REBELIÓN DE LOS MANDILES, you can learn the process of
winemaking through the senses, in a different way, through their own experience, with
actions such as the simulator trailer vintage, unique in the world, the virtual winery, the
game of aromas, projections cooperage ... one equipped with the most advanced technology
in audiovisual interactive space.
Buried in the basement between barrels, is the cellar, a magnificent tasting room where wine
tastings and courses as wine, oil and ham cut, all taught by our team of sommeliers and
master cutters.
We also offer the option to rent our space for holding all kinds of events such as tasting
contest, wineries presentations, business meetings or reserved for private celebrations. All
this, enjoying the feel of a wine cellar, calm and relaxed while stimulating and suggestive. Our
room consists of unique vintage existing virtual simulator. Not leave them unmoved!
