2. Con un trapano forare il muro. Il diametro dei fori deve essere uguale a quello dei
tasselli.
3. Fissare la base tramite le apposite attaccaglie angolari già presenti nella base.

REGOLAZIONE LATERALE
La vite di regolazione fa avanzare l’ala della cerniera e
la porta si sposta rispetto al fianco evitando ogni distacco.
SEITLICHE AUSRICHTUNG
Die Regulierschraube schiebt den Scharniersteg nach
vorn, die Tür weicht von der Seitenwand ab und kommt
nicht mehr mit ihr in Berührung.
SIDE ADJUSTMENT
The adjustment screw moves the flange of the hinge
forward and the door moves in relation to the side panel,
avoiding any detachment.
REGOLAZIONE VERTICALE
Allentando le due viti di fissaggio è possibile regolare
verticalmente l’anta ± 2 mm.
Le asole ovali permettono lo scorrimento della base nei
due sensi.
Ad operazione ultimata le viti devono essere nuovamente
serrate.
SENKRECHTE AUSRICHTUNG
Durch das Lösen der beiden Befestigungsschrauben
kann die senkrechte Lage der Tür um ± 2 mm reguliert
werden.

1. Fissare a parete le staffe a supporto delle attaccaglie.
2. Portare verso l’esterno l’attaccaglia agendo sulla vite di regolazione (foro 1) in modo da
poter agganciare la spalla alla staffa. Riportare l’attacaglia alla posizione originale in
modo che la spalla sia aderente alla parete.
3. Assicurarsi che le spalle siano a livello agendo sulla vite di regolazione in altezza
dell’attaccaglia (foro 2).
4. Fissare i fondi e i coperchi alle spalle agendo sulle viti.
5. Fissare la schiena alle spalle tramite gli appositi fissaggi in plastica e i perni avvitati sul fianco.
6. Avvitare i supporti per il fissaggio dei ripiani.
7. Inserire il ripiano facendo attenzione non agire con troppa forza.
8. Agganciare l’anta al fianco e provvedere alle dovute regolazioni per l’ottimale apertura
delle ante.
9. Inserire i copriforo in corrispondenza delle regolazioni della spalla.

6. Die Fachträger einschrauben.
7. Den Fachboden einsetzen, dabei nicht zu viel Druck ausüben.
8. Die Tür an der Seitenwand einhängen und die erforderlichen Regulierungen für das korrekte
Öffnen der Türen vornehmen.
9. Die Abdeckkappen in den Bohrlöchern der Seitenwandregulierung einsetzen.

2. Move the fixings outwards by adjusting the adjustment screws (hole 1) so that the supporting
side can be attached to the bracket. Move the fixing back to its original position so that the
supporting side adheres to the wall.

4. Fix the bottom and top panels to the supporting sides by using the screws.
5. Fix the back panel to the supporting sides by using the special plastic fixings and the pins
screwed into the side panel.
6. Secure the supports to fix the shelves by tightening the screws.
7. Fit the shelf gently, taking care not to force it into place.
8. Attach the door to the side panel and make the necessary adjustments to achieve optimal door
opening and closing motion.
9. Add the hole caps onto the supporting side adjustment screws.

FISSAGGIO DEL PIANO SU MOBILE
1. Determinare l’altezza (H) dal pavimento per il fissaggio della staffa (1) data in dotazione con il mobile.
Assicurarsi che quest’ ultima sia posizionata perfettamente a bolla (orizzontale).
2. Dopo un’accurata valutazione da parte del cliente/venditore/installatore della tipologia di parete in relazione al
peso della struttura/mobile, scegliere appositi tasselli di fissaggio.
Fissare il mobile a parete agendo sulle apposite attaccaglie (2), assicurandosi che il mobile sia in bolla e che non
abbia subito tensioni causate da:
a) differente interasse tra i fori dei tasselli e relative staffe
b) parete non perfettamente planare.
Le fasi sopraelencate se non eseguite correttamente possono causare difficoltà di regolazione ante/cassetti.
3. Appoggiare la struttura (4) sopra il mobile, inserendo del silicone tra le parti di contatto del mobile con la struttura.
4. Installare quindi scarichi e rubinetti.
BEFESTIGUNG DER WASCHTISCHPLATTE AUF DEM MÖBEL
1. Die Höhe (H) für die Montage des mit dem Möbel mitgelieferten Befestigungswinkels (1) vom Boden aus
anzeichnen. Die perfekte gerade Ausrichtung (waagrecht) des Befestigungswinkels kontrollieren.
2. Nach einer sorgfältigen Überprüfung durch den Kunden/Verkäufer/Monteur, ob die für die Befestigung
vorgesehene Wand dem Gewicht der Struktur/des Möbels standhält, die geeigneten Befestigungsdübel auswählen.
Das Möbel mit den dafür vorgesehenen Hängevorrichtungen (2) an die Wand befestigen und sicherstellen, dass das
Möbel gerade ausgerichtet ist und keine Spannungen:
a) durch unterschiedliche Abstände zwischen den Dübelbohrlöchern und den jeweiligen Befestigungswinkeln;
b) durch nicht ganz gerade Wände entstehen.
Sollten die oben angeführten Arbeitsphasen nicht korrekt ausgeführt werden, kann dies zu Problemen bei der
Ausrichtung der Türen/Schubladen führen.
3. Die Struktur (4) auf das Möbel aufsetzen und die Kontaktstellen zwischen dem Möbel und der Struktur mit Silikon
bestreichen.
4. Anschließend die Abflüsse und Armaturen installieren.
FIXING THE TOP TO THE UNIT
1. Determine the height (H) from the floor to fix the bracket (1) supplied with the unit.
Make sure that the latter is perfectly level (horizontal).
2. After the customer/seller/installer has carefully examined the type of wall in relation to the weight of the
structure/unit, choose the most suitable screw plugs.
Secure the unit to the wall by using the special fixings (2) and making sure that the unit is perfectly level and that it
has not been subject to tensions caused by:
a) different distances between the centres of holes of screw plugs and relevant brackets
b) not perfectly even wall.
The above mentioned phases, if not carried out correctly, can cause difficulties in adjusting doors/drawers.
3. Place the structure (4) on top of the unit and apply silicone between the unit and the structure.
4. Now install drains and taps.

Schrauben (C) festziehen und den Stützfuß mit Silikon behandeln.

la chiave esagonale da mm 3 in dotazione, nell’impronta di destra (vedi fig. 7).

CARATTERISTICHE PIANI E ALTRO
MARMI E GRANITI
MARMI TECNICI IN MARMO RESINA
Differenze di tonalità rispetto al campione, piccoli
fori e venature più o meno marcate sono una
caratteristica del marmo che conferma l’autentica
natura del prodotto. I marmi e i graniti tendono ad
assorbire attraverso le loro microscopiche porosità i
liquidi per poi liberarli tramite evaporazione. Questa
caratteristica li espone al rischio d’assorbimento di
sostanze che potrebbero macchiarli irrimediabilmente
(smalti, cosmetici, profumi ed altre sostanze).
Una buona e costante manutenzione, senza eccedere
nell’uso di saponi o detergenti inadatti, conserva la
brillantezza del marmo.
È consigliabile proteggere le superfici del piano con
l’utilizzo di un prodotto idrorepellente antimacchia
(art. 9990).
Il marmo tecnico è un composto di granuli, polvere di
marmo, cementi e resine poliesteri al 5-8% con una
prevalenza di carbonato di calcio.
I marmi tecnici presentano delle caratteristiche simili ai
marmi naturali, per questo necessitano di una costante
manutenzione.
Per la pulizia di questi piani consigliamo di utilizzare
acqua e detergenti neutri.
Evitare il diretto contatto del piano in marmo tecnico,
con cosmetici e prodotti aggressivi usati per la pulizia
del lavabo, in quanto si potrebbe opacizzare e
macchiare.
MARMI TECNICI IN QUARZO RESINA
LAMINAM
I marmi tecnici al quarzo sono formati da una miscela
di quarzo con una percentuale massima del 5% di
resine acriliche. I piani realizzati in questo materiale
sono omogenei, compatti e particolarmente resistente
agli urti.
Sono piani impermeabili, resistenti alle abrasioni,
all’attacco di vari agenti chimici ed agli sbalzi
termici. Si tratta di un prodotto molto igienico che
ha la caratteristica di essere antistatico (non attira la
polvere).
Grazie alle caratteristiche sopraelencate sono piani di
facile manutenzione.
Per una corretta pulizia è sufficiente utilizzare un
panno umido e un detergente neutro.
Laminam è una miscela di materie prime naturali che
viene macinata a umido, trasformata in granulato
e compattata, prima di essere sintetizzata a 1200
gradi in forni ibridi e infine rifilata.
Laminam è la prima superficie che unisce allo
spessore ridotto e alle grandi dimensioni, un’elevata
resistenza alle sollecitazioni meccaniche, agli attacchi
chimici, ai graffi, all’abrasione profonda e alla
flessione.
Laminam resiste ai solventi organici, inorganici,
disinfettanti e detergenti. Si pulisce con estrama
facilità mantenendo inalterate le caratteristiche della
superficie; l’unico prodotto in grado di attaccare
questo materiale è l’acido fluoridrico. Per la pulizia
della collezione Filo è necessario utilizzare detergenti
neutri o alcalini non a base acida.
MINERALGUSS LUCIDO
TEKNO OPACO
Il Mineralguss è un materiale composto da cariche
minerali naturali (carbonati di calcio e triidrati di
alluminio) legate ad una bassa percentuale di resina
poliestere. Non si tratta perciò di un materiale
plastico, bensì di un composto minerale elegante al
tatto, igienico e adatto all’arredo del bagno e degli
ambienti pubblici. Il film di gelcoat che riveste la
superficie del materiale consente di ottenere ottima
resistenza da un punto di vista fisico e soprattutto
chimico. Mineralguss è un materiale duttile,
resistente al calore umido, alla sigaretta e al calore
secco. Eventuali variazioni di colore, causate da
temperature elevate, si possono tuttavia eliminare
mediante pulizia con spugnetta leggermente abrasiva
e con successiva lucidatura.
Il tekno è un composto di resine, cariche minerali e
pigmenti che creano un prodotto rinnovabile, leggero,
omogeneo, non poroso e molto resistente.
Grazie alle sue qualità ha raggiunto ottimi risultati
in 2 importanti prove di resistenza: 1 alla macchia
superiore, 2 allo shock termico (resistenza alla rottura
in alternanza di sbalzi di temperatura caldo/freddo)
facendone un prodotto idoneo ad essere impiegato
sia nelle cucine sia nei bagni.
Per rimuovere la maggior parte dello sporco e
delle macchie utilizzare del detersivo in polvere
(Vim - Calinda - Aiax, etc) abbinato ad una spugna
abrasiva tipo scotch-brite o un comune detergente a
base di cloro (amuchina) o candeggina.
CORIAN
CRISTALLO EXTRALIGHT LUCIDO O SATINATO
Il corian è composto da una miscela di materiali
naturali e polimerici acrilici dalle numerose qualità,
che assicurano a questo prodotto la rinnovabilità
e l’estrema facilità di manutenzione. Piccoli danni
quali graffi, macchie superficiali, bruciature e piccole
tacche d’urto si possono riparare semplicemente
utilizzando una spugnetta abrasiva Scotch Brite.
Qualora il corian venisse a contatto con sostanze
chimiche o solventi è necessario risciacquare
immediatamente la superficie interessata.
Lo smalto per unghie va rimosso con del pulitore
per unghie che non sia a base di acetone,
successivamente risciacquare il piano con acqua
corrente.
Per la pulizia è sufficiente utilizzare dell’acqua
saponata o del comune detergente a base di
ammoniaca.
I piani in vetro extralight lucidi vengono sottoposti a
verniciatura a spruzzo, nella vasta scelta di 47 colori
o bianco e sono disponibili nello spessore di 1,5 cm.
I cristalli in vetro extralight satinati vengono realizzati
nello spessore di 1,2 cm.
La vernice utilizzata, è un monocomponente
dell’acqua, pigmentabile, antingiallente adatta alla
verniciatura del vetro.
Evitare: urti, la caduta di oggetti contundenti e lo
shock termico superiore a 40° C.
Per la pulizia utilizzare esclusivamente acqua e
detergenti neutri.
Evitare l’utilizzo di solventi ed abrasivi.

BOCCIARDATO
I piani in vetro extralight lucido e satinato con lavabo
integrato, spessore 1,5 cm, hanno una lavorazione
a filo lucido piatto e sono disponibili in bianco o 47
colori.
Vengono sottoposti ad una colorazione ad acqua con
protezione poliuretanica.
Evitare: urti, la caduta di oggetti contundenti e lo
shock termico superiore a 40° C.
Per la pulizia utilizzare esclusivamente acqua e
detergenti neutri.
Evitare l’utilizzo di solventi ed abrasivi.
I cristalli in vetro extralight bocciardati vengono
realizzati in tutti i 47 colori Arbi o in vetro extralight
bianco.
L'effetto bocciardato è ottenuto tramite un
procedimento termico a stampa che crea le
caratteristiche di un vetro con superficie a trama.
CRISTALLI RAVE BICOLORE
I LACCATI
I cristalli bicolore sono realizzati in 5 colorazioni
diverse nello spessore di 1,5 cm su piani dritti e nei
piani con vasca integrata L 54 e vasca rettangolare
piccola.
La particolare lavorazione artigianale del cristallo può
comportare trame e disegni sempre diversi fra loro.
Arbi propone una vasta gamma di 47 colori
disponibili nella versione lucida ed opaca. È richiesta
una manutenzione particolarmente attenta per evitare
che le superfici laccate si graffino, quindi non si
possono utilizzare polveri abrasive, ammoniaca
e acetone. Da evitare anche l’utilizzo di cere per
mobili.
Per una corretta pulizia è sufficiente utilizzare prodotti
per vetri o alcool diluito con molta acqua, avendo
la cura di asciugare subito la superficie con panni
morbidi e non abrasivi.
PIANI IN LEGNO
SKY RAVE
I piani in essenza di legno sono fra i più preziosi,
quindi è necessario utilizzarli con una certa cura.
Il legno è un materiale “vivo”, particolarmente
sensibile al calore e all’umidità. Eventuali
cambiamenti di colore nel tempo, dovuti alla luce,
non rappresentano un difetto, ma al contrario
sottolineano il fatto che si tratta di materiale naturale.
Attenzione: per la pulizia dei piani top in legno è
sufficiente utilizzare un panno inumidito con comuni
prodotti di pulizia per vetri (acqua e vetril) o acqua
e sapone di marsiglia, si raccomanda di asciugare
eventuali gocce d’acqua nei top legno in quanto
con il passare del tempo l’acqua stagnante penetra
negli incavi derivati dalla spazzolatura e provoca
il distacco della vernice a causa dell’aumento
dell’umidità del legno.
Il modello Sky Rave è caratterizzato dalla particolare
lavorazione dell’anta, la quale diventa “materica” in
8 diverse colorazioni.
La particolare lavorazione artigianale del prodotto
può comportare una superficie disomogenea e mai
uguale.

Le ante sono con cerniere a chiusura rallentata.

Realizzata in truciolare idrorepellente a basso contenuto di formaldeide (classe E1)
o con materiali fibrolegnosi. La superficie può essere nobilitata con carta
melaminica, decorata o verniciata con colori opachi o lucidi, oppure impiallacciata
con legno tranciato di diverse essenze e finito superficialmente con un film di
vernice trasparente.
In alcuni modelli è previsto l’utilizzo di legno massello.
I bordi sono in materiale plastico, legno o laminato.
I ripiani utilizzati sono in vetro spessore 6-8 mm.
Il montaggio dell’impianto e le sue parti elettriche seguono le normative CEI 34-21
(Comitato Elettrotecnico Italiano) e EN 60598-1 (Norma Europea).

Sono utilizzati unicamente specchi i quali hanno un’incomparabile resistenza alla
corrosione, all’invecchiamento e agli agenti aggressivi.
È comunque consigliabile pulire lo specchio con un panno umido, evitando di
usare prodotti a base acida o abrasivi, in quanto gli specchi possono macchiarsi.
