Dear Colleague,
On Oct. 24th and 25th, 2015 (Sat./Sunday) the next Salzburg Weekend Seminar will
take place under the auspices of the European Association for Cranio-Maxillofacial
Surgery and in cooperation with the Paracelsus Medical University Salzburg.
The topic will be „ORAL DISEASES“.
An internationally renowned expert has been invited: Professor James J. Sciubba from the Milton J. Dance Head & Neck Center at the Johns Hopkins School of
Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland. He has worked and published extensively in oral
pathology and medicine. He is also well-known for the 6th edition of the textbook
„Oral Pathology-Clinical Pathologic Correlations“ by Regezi, Sciubba and Jordan
(Elsevier, 2012). The Seminar is intended both for clinicians (maxillofacial surgeons,
ENT surgeons, dermatologists, dentists) as well as for histopathologists and radiologists with an interest in oral diseases. There will be a 2-hour Clinico-Pathologic
Conference for pathologists and interested clinicians (extra fee).
The lectures will be accompanied by other speakers on various aspects of special
areas (like bone disorders, salivary gland pathology, diagnostic imaging or modern
treatment options).
