Project Description ADMIR I & II Introduction For more info www.admirlebanon.com • Admir development project is stretched on a plot of land in Adma region with a total area of 85,000 m2. The project is a gated community comprising 77 buildings with a club and all other utilities and facilities. • The buildings consist of four floors with one or two basements reserved for cars parking and each building is equipped by an independent swimming pool. • The power is ensured by many power stations in the project. The water is assured through a central water tank fed by the municipality water or through a well in the project. • The project is equipped by a sewage treatment plant capable to assure the irrigation water needed for the landscape area in the project.
