•
Admir development project is stretched on a plot of
land in Adma region with a total area of 85,000 m2. The
project is a gated community comprising 77 buildings
with a club and all other utilities and facilities.
•
The buildings consist of four floors with one or two
basements reserved for cars parking and each building
is equipped by an independent swimming pool.
•
The power is ensured by many power stations in the
project. The water is assured through a central water
tank fed by the municipality water or through a well in
the project.
•
The project is equipped by a sewage treatment plant
capable to assure the irrigation water needed for the
landscape area in the project.

Installation of the Crusher as per our environmental plan by using the excavated
materials as aggregates for the construction instead of disfiguring the nature with, as
well as the continuation of trees uprooting under the supervision of Exotica.

•Only buildings where the road above and in front are executed can be built
•The monolithic construction method is adopted
