LM6015A11 - 15” TFT HD monitor
The 15” TFT monitor from KROMA is aimed at broadcast
environments, keeping the highest quality in mind. It
features a high resolution TFT panel (1024x768) in
native 4:3 with “Full Colour” and wide viewing angle.
With hardly 10ms of response time, the LM6015
displays camera movements with no lag. Its 4:3 aspect
ratio can be also switched to 16:9. It can be either rackmounted or used on a desktop thanks to its mounting
kits. Only 6U high and powered by external power
supply.
Wide spectrum of video inputs
As standard, the LM6015 features a DVI connector, which
accepts signals in different modes: VGA, graphic mode DVI,
video mode DVI, as well as YPbPr analogue components.
In analogue composite environments, the monitor comes in two
finished configurations: two multistandard composite inputs
(PAL/NTSC/SECAM) or one multistandard input with loopthrough.
For digital environments, the user can find two SD/HD-SDI
inputs with active loop-though. The monitor can auto-detect the
wide range of signal formats available.
Password activation
The KROMA password activation system is the perfect way for
a successful transition to HD. All inputs (except DVI, which
comes by default), are activated at user’s request; this way,
the monitor is adapted to the user’s needs.
Since the complete hardware is built-in, the inputs can be
either activated in factory or after the purchase, with only a
password input through the keypad in the front panel. This
makes an SD-SDI input become an SD/HD input within minutes.
Input activation options:
Audio monitoring
A built in audio de-embedder, allows the user to extract
embedded audio from the SDI signal. The audio can then be
monitored by connecting the LM6015 to external audio
monitoring devices through its two different outputs (analogue
or AES/EBU).
Picture in Picture (PiP)
This function allows the user to monitor two signals at the same
time. The secondary signal is displayed in a window. The
position and size of the same are managed through the userfriendly On-Screen Display (OSD).

Remote Control
The LM6015 can be remotely controlled by using the
RK5000 KROMA controller.
