INFORMATION
Deposit
25% non-refundable deposit required at time of booking. The remainder of the amount quoted will be paid by deposits
within 90, 60 and 15 days prior to the event. All deposits are non-refundable.
Number of guests guarantee
Final guest numbers must be guaranteed 72 hours prior to the event. The master bill will reflect this amount unless more
guests are added. In this case, extra guests will be added to the master bill at the amount decided upon per person for the
event. In the case of no shows on the day of the event, the clients will be charged the full amount agreed upon per guest
at the time of the signing of the contract.
The Dining room
As per the Quebec legislature, alcoholic beverage service will stop at 1:00 am and the room must be released by 1:30 am, no exceptions. As prescribed by the liquor board, all products coming from the SAQ must be labeled as per the current applicable law.
Music
Music must be approved by the Auberge Willow. The DJ / Band must contact the Event Manager to discuss placement
14 days prior to the event.
If music is involved in your event, all nine rooms at the Inn must be reserved music must end at 1:00am or additional
charges will apply.
Rooms
All rooms must be assigned by the Bride & Groom. Once the rooming list is complete, it must be forwarded to the
Event Manager to assign the rooms accordingly. A credit card number must be provided to block all the rooms. Rooms
are non-refundable in case of no shows or cancellation. Continental breakfast included for all guests staying in the
rooms.
Menu tasting
Wedding tasting for two is included prior to the wedding. Available on Wednesday and Thursday nights
only. A $50.00 fee (plus service and taxes) per person will be added for any additional person at time of
tasting
Additional labour costs
Labor costs will be charged for the installation of any decor or any other handling requests. The labor cost rate is at
$40.00 an hour per employee (for a minimum of 4 consecutive hours). Any request must be made at least 5 business
days prior to the event.
Additional charges and options
Any additional drinks either alcoholic or non-alcoholic (not included in the package) are charged based on consumption
A half bottle of wine is included per adult guest in the wedding package. Should more bottles be required,
only additional bottles opened will be charged to the master bill after approval of the person in charge of the event
(Bride or Groom).
A set up fee of $100.00 will be charged if an open bar (domestic drinks and/or other) is requested outdoors
- One & a half hour open bar (domestic drinks) at cocktail: $15.00 (plus taxes and service) per person
- Three hour open bar (domestic drinks) after dinner: $30.00 (plus taxes and service) per person
