A simple exercise can give insights into how well you are able to perform at a task that you might be faced with. Close your eyes, take three deep breathes. What did you feel? Use the time to examine if there is any tightness/soreness in your body, any fear or doubt in your mind, and any quickness of breath or restlessness. These are your indicators. You can train yourself by repeating the exercise using the time to alter the way you are responding. Relax the muscles, encourage yourself and keep your breath slow and steady. You have the ability to change any response that might hamper your performance for the better. Strenght and Conditioning – by Johnmark Jenkins „STRENGHT is a vital component of better, more efficient movement on court.” ETA Coach Quote – Marcos Freitas MARCOS FREITAS The fundamental aspect to become a high performance tennis player is the ability to find opportunities in every obstacle along everyday training and match. The results will come along through perseverance and believe. Never give up! 7
