Entertain Your Customers at the Races!
NASCAR and IndyCar racing provide great live entertainment
for even a casual fan of the sport. Our brands are associated
with the best team in motorsports: Team Penske. Race
tickets are a nice offering to provide customers who are good
ambassadors for the brands. Ticket packages include: reserved
grandstand ticket, branded welcome letter with schedule of
events, and track map in a credential holder with lanyard.
HOSPITALITY
Step Up the Track Experience!
At select NASCAR and IndyCar races, Shell, Shell Rotella,
Pennzoil and Quaker State will be hosting customer
entertainment, in which guests receive exclusive access to the
racing experience. The suites provide a comfortable race viewing
experience in a branded environment, providing the perfect
setting for engaging with customers. If there is a race that works
best for your customer base, a custom package with pricing and
availability can be determined upon request. Benefits include:
exclusive garage/pit tour (suites only, tent guests will receive pit
tours); driver visit; breakfast and lunch (usually); goodie bag; and
climate controlled seating. For select events, a corporate tent with
grandstand seating can also be arranged.
PIT BOX BEST SEAT IN THE HOUSE (BSIH)
The BSIH Program provides an once-in-a-lifetime, all access race
day experience. A qualified host will provide you a behind-thescenes tour of the garage and pit road, driver meet-and-greet,
and then escort you to seats atop the No. 22 team’s Pit Box to
watch the race! A 60-day advanced request is required.
Estimated Cost: $3,950 based on package of activities; very limited availability
SPECIAL EVENT ENTERTAINMENT
Baseball, NASCAR and Apple Pie
Create an exclusive experience for an intimate group of
customers by offering a unique package that combines a
special activity and a VIP race experience. How about Spring
Training baseball and the Phoenix NASCAR race? A premier
show and the Las Vegas NASCAR race? Winery tours and
the Sonoma IndyCar or NASCAR race? Or perhaps taking
in the history of Colonial Williamsburg and attending the
Richmond NASCAR race. These packages can be custom
tailored to you and your customers’ interest. Pricing will be
based on activities selected and customer requirements.
PENSKE RACE SHOP TOURS
The sophisticated, technical capabilities and operation of
a NASCAR and IndyCar race shop is impressive. The high
technology and engineering capabilities are what helps Penske
Stay Ahead of the competition. When in Charlotte, tie in one of the
three races throughout the year with a half day visit to the shop.
We can provide exclusive behind the scenes tours of the best team
facility in racing.
PENSKE MUSEUM Meetings/Dinners/Events
The Penske Museum, located in Phoenix, AZ, is an excellent
place to entertain a small group or host a meeting. The
Museum houses Roger Penske’s historical winning vehicles
from his past accomplishments in IndyCar, NASCAR and
Sports Car racing. Catering is available and high-end lodging
is nearby. Consider packaging your event with one of the two
Phoenix NASCAR races held each year (March & November).
