The Inter-Chamber Ski Race is intended as a fun event for members of foreign business chambers in Japan, their friends, Japanese or
foreign business partners and family.
Children and senior family members are welcome!
Event flow (exact times might change due to number of participants, weather conditions etc.):
Saturday 2015-01-30:
9.00am to 10.00am:
Get your race number at the registration counter,
adjacent to ski slope
6.00pm to 9pm: Award Party at the Hakuba Tokyu
Hotel
7.30pm: Award Ceremony
10.00am: Race start
8.30pm: Raffle drawing
13.00am: Race finish
9.00pm: Doors close
(5.30pm: Bus pick up )
We will update you with detailed information regarding location of the registration counter, a map of the race slope, information
regarding ski lift tickets etc. after we have received your registration!
Participation fee (payable at the registration counter when picking up your start number):
Race: JPY 2,500 for adults; JPY 1,250 for minors under 20
Award Party: JPY 4,000 for adults; JPY 2,000 for children up to 12 years
