SECRETARIAT DESK ON CONGRESS SITE
The Secretariat Desk will be open by the Sala dei Quaranta, facing the
Aula Magna on congress site, on October 27 th, from 08.00 till the end of
the congress. You could collect your congress bag and your badge. You
are kindly requested to wear your badge during the whole congress time.

The conference site is situated in the historical city center which is not reachable
by car. We suggest to park your car at the Car Park “Padova Centro”, Via
Trieste 50 (rate € 1,00 per hour) at 10 minutes walking from Palazzo del Bo.
From the Railway Station you can take the Tram or the buses no. 3 or 12
or 18 and get off at stop Riviera Ponti Romani (ticket cost € 1,30)
LANGUAGES
Italian and English. Simultaneous translation Italian/English and v.v. will
be provided.
AIRPORT / TRANSPORTATION
The nearest and most convenient airport is Venice Marco Polo Airport, around
50 Km far from Padova, well connected to Padova by public or private transportations and conveniently linked with all major European airports. Other airports
are: Treviso (60 km, mostly used by low-cost airline companies), Verona V.
Catullo (90 Km) and Bologna G. Marconi (120 Km)
Transfer services connecting Venice Airport to Padova and v.v.
Public bus service (BUSITALIA) connects Venice Airport to Padova. It takes about
60/70 minutes to reach Padova, depending on traffic. Bus leaves every hour,
at minutes 40.
The cost of the ticket is € 8,50 per person/per way. You can buy tickets in
Venice Airport at the ATVO/ACTV Ticket Desk at the ground floor). Final stop in
Padova: Bus station nearby the railway station
Private taxi service: a taxi costs around € 100,00 one way.
Collective transfer service: as an alternative, we can book for you a collective
transfer service, called AirService from Venice Marco Polo Airport or from
Treviso Airport to your hotel and v.v. It is a sort of taxi/minibus service which
takes you directly to your hotel, but you share this service with other guests. Cost
per person/per way € 33,00 (Venice Airport) - € 41,00 (Treviso Airport). You
can pay cash in Euro or by VISA/MASTERCARD to the driver. When you arrive
in Venice Airport you will find the AirService meeting point by the arrivals hall.

By car: Padova is linked by highways with Venezia – Milano (A4) and

ATTENDANCE CERTIFICATE
All registered attendees will receive the Attendance Certificate. Please
collect it by the Secretariat Desk on congress site, at the end of the
Conference. The Conference program will be submitted for CME
Credits (Continuing Medical Education) for Italian delegates only.

The Congress Organizers cannot accept any liability for personal injuries
or for loss or damage to property belonging to delegates, either during
the meeting or during the whole stay. Please check the validity of your
own personal insurance before coming to the meeting.
