Offering stunning year round outdoor dining and drinking
spaces, Village People Hawker Foodhall is a versatile venue
with flexible spaces able to accommodate celebrations
and gatherings of all shapes and sizes.
The pace slows down just a little at Village
People’s Ballroom, the space is loaded
with stunning original features and sets the
mood for relaxed, casually elegant dining.
The Ballroom operates as restaurant space
normally but can also be booked for
private functions of up to 85 guests seated
or 100 guests standing. For exclusive
hire enquiries, please contact our Events
Manager to obtain a personalised quote.
Our Private Dining Room has been
designed to offer guests something a
little more ‘special’ or for those looking
for an intimate or private area to enjoy
with friends, family or colleagues. The
room holds 24 guests seated and can be
booked for stand-up events for up to 40
guests. The room has been fitted with a
screen, projector and audio making AV
presentations easy.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS & ALLERGIES
We are happy to adjust our menus for guests with dietary requirements provided this information is
provided prior to the booking. Our Chefs are extremely flexible in aiming to meet all requirements
however in order to do this we ask that you please liaise with your guests and provide us with the
details of all dietary requirements/allergies at least 72 hours prior to your reservation. If necessary,
guests may be catered to individually. Please feel free to chat with our Events Manager for more
information on dietary requirements and group menus.

BOOKING PROCEDURE
To make a group or exclusive hire reservation a deposit of $200 (for group bookings) or $500 (for
exclusive hire) is required together with a completed booking agreement.
We accept tentative or ‘hold’ reservations for three days after which time the deposit and agreement
is required to be returned to secure the reservation.
Please refer to the Booking Agreement for the full Terms & Conditions regarding cancellation,
confirmation requirements etc. or feel free to chat to our Events Manager for more info.
