Dive into a lavish 2-hour brunch buffet with free-flowing
champagne at your private reserved table. Enjoy unlimited,
mimosas, personalized Eggs Benedict, French toast bar, carved
prime sirloin with fresh rosemary and a wide-variety of fresh
sushi and desserts. Take a trip to the sundeck to soak in the

compensate for no-shows or late arrivals.

Braised Beef Short Rib and Mashed Red Creamer Potatoes
Skillfully prepared full-flavored USDA Choice 7 oz short rib braised
in rich stock and fresh vegetables and herbs. Complemented with
a sweet and savory peppercorn and tamarind sauce and seasonal
local and organic vegetables.
Atlantic Salmon with Miso Soy Glaze and Seared Risotto Cake
Sustainable farmed Atlantic salmon, oven-roasted with a salty-sweet
soy miso and brown sugar glaze. Finished with an Asian-style
Chimichurri and served with a creamy risotto cake, seared for
a sweet and crunchy caramelized crust. Served with medley of
local seasonal vegetables.
Lemon Rosemary Organic Breast of Chicken and Orzo Pasta
Grilled skinless chicken breast prepared with sun-dried tomatoes,
capers and fresh parsley, served on a bed of wilted spinach
greens, sweet caramelized leeks, fennel and tangy artichokes.
Served with a side of semolina orzo pasta prepared with roasted
red and yellow peppers and grilled sweet corn. Accompanied with
garden’s best seasonal vegetables.
Chef Elmer’s Vegetarian Timpano
Our house made tower of roasted vegetables is wildly popular with
vegetarians! Grilled zucchini, eggplant, squash and red peppers
layered with penne pasta in a classic béchamel sauce, resting on
a garland of wilted spinach, leeks, and fennel topped with zesty
pomodoro sauce.
Dessert
White Chocolate Raspberry Swirl Cheesecake
Rich, creamy and slightly tangy cheese cake layer above sweet,
crunchy dark chocolate cookie crust and swirled with a velvety,
Chambord-style sauce made from blueberries, strawberries,
raspberries and blackberries. Topped off with freshly whipped cream.

Classic Shrimp Cocktail
Six beautifully plump tiger shrimp poached to perfection and
complemented with a tart-and-tangy Creole-style dipping sauce

Spinach and Artichoke Gratin
Baked with caramelized onions and garlic, roasted artichoke
quarters and just a touch of diced pimentos. Served warm with
parmesan and herbed bread crumbs.
Chef’s Seasonal Bruschetta
Crunchy, toasted crostini brushed with extra-virgin olive oil and
a pistou of fresh garlic, lemon juice, and herbs. Served with
a generous topping of seasonal ingredients, including freshly
chopped tomatoes, farmer’s cheese and mushrooms bathed in a
reduced balsamic glaze.
Second Course options
Farm to Sea—Filet and Prawns
Center-cut USDA filet mignon grilled to perfection and paired with
our signature Zinfandel and Hibiscus Flower Reduction. Served
with three jumbo roasted prawns topped with a fresh Meyer lemon
and Roma tomato cream. Complemented with mashed creamer
potatoes, baked caramelized onions and four distinctive cheeses
and seasonal vegetables.

Sugar-Glazed Crème Brulée
A classic with a slight twist: paired with fresh, seasonal berries
and browned to perfection then graced with a spoonful of freshly
whipped cream.
Chocolate Trilogy
A creamy, flourless torte made with luscious dark chocolate and

Brought to perfection with a chocolate ganache glaze.
Seasonal Berry Parfait
A beautiful confection of fresh tart-and-sweet berries tossed in
simple syrup and layered with deliciously rich Chantilly cream
atop a Silky Sabayon custard flavored with Grand Marnier and
crème patisserie.
