Our open kitchen restaurant is the heart of Carousel
With floor to ceiling windows on two sides and outdoor seating, it is
flooded with natural light and can seat up to 48 diners in one sitting.
It’s also home to our chef residencies
Each month talented chefs from across the globe are taking it in
turns to don the Carousel resident’s apron, bringing with them the
secrets of their own kitchens back home.
Since launching in August, we've had Javier Rodríguez (Noma,
Viajante, Tetsuya's, Restaurant Andre), Giorgio Locatelli (Locanda
Locatelli), Tommy Forster (St John, Bocca di Lupo, Trullo, Roberta's,
Clamato), Paris Pop-Up (Frenchie, El Celler de Can Roca) and the
highly regarded Selin Kiazim (Kopapa, Providores) through our doors
and next year promises to be even more exciting.
The residencies offer London diners a unique opportunity to sample
food from the world’s hottest restaurants, right on their doorstep.
The kitchen’s also available for hire.
