Thanks also to our parish, school and parishioners for
their contributions, time and talent.
It is their generosity and
yours that will make this event a success.

Introduction
As you read through this booklet you will see a wonderful variety of
items, services and experiences – all made available by generous
donors. The following are general rules and disclaimers that will be
followed for the fundraising event. Please read through each carefully.
Auction Items and Guidelines
Disclaimer
Item descriptions and estimated values have been provided by donors.
All items are sold in “as is” condition. All sales are final. All sales are
subject to the terms the donor placed on the item(s). There will be no
exchanges or refunds. The Social Fest Committee is NOT responsible
for the correct description or authenticity of any item.
Bidders hereby release and hold HTS harmless from any claim arising
from the bidder’s use of said services and/or products. Further, HTS
does not guarantee bidder’s satisfaction with service or goods
purchased through the auction.
Please keep gift certificates in a safe place. Gift certificates cannot be
replaced. As a courtesy to our donors, all services/items MUST be
redeemed before the expiration date on the gift certificates.
Dinner
Dinner is available for take-out or dine in from 4:00-7:00 pm Enjoy our
freshly grilled to order steaks and more. You MUST be 21yr or older
and purchased a Dinner or Admission ticket to attend the event.
Wine Tasting 4:00- 9:00 pm
Stop at the Wine Tasting Booth and try something new and different.
Each glass purchased will enter you into a drawing for a gift basket . The
winner will be picked after the Live Auction.
Games
5:00-8:00pm
50/50 raffle, Pull Tabs – Games will go on throughout the evening.
5 Dollar Draw- $5.00 per chance. Chances can be purchased at the
Raffle/Drawing table beginning at 4:00 pm. Winner will be drawn at
7:50. MUST be present to win.
Buy a Round- $3.00 a ticket or 3/$5.00. Chances can be purchased
at the Raffle/Drawing table beginning at 4:00 pm. Winner will be drawn
at 7:50. MUST be present to win.

Silent Auction
Bidding begins at 4:00 pm
HTS/Social Fest Committee reserves the right to disqualify bids not
submitted in accordance with established minimum figure stated for
each item. A valid bid must equal or exceed the minimum bid stated on
each item. All bidding for silent auction items will close at 7:45 pm.
Winning bidders from the silent auction may pay for their items after
Live Auction at the cashier office.
Live Auction
Bidding begins at 8:00 pm
To bid on an item, signal your bid by raising your bidding card, and wait
for recognition from the auctioneer or an auction official. A valid bid
must equal or exceed the opening bid or increase bid as announced by
the auctioneer.
Winning bidder – the highest bidder at the time the auctioneer declares
the bidding closed-wins the items. All winning auction items can be
purchased through the cashier after the Live Auction is closed.
Check-Out
Winning Bidders 9:00-11:00 pm
Winners may pay for live and silent auction items at the cashier’s office
following the Live Auction. We ask that you kindly wait until after the
Live Auction to pay for your auction items. This allows all of our
volunteers to participate in the Live Auction. Thank you in advance for
your cooperation.
Winning bidders must first pay through the cashier and show a receipt
at the live or silent auction check out area to pick up their item(s). All
Merchandise MUST be paid for before 11pm the night of the event and
will not be released unless paid in full.
Please save your receipts for purchased items for your tax records. The
Amount paid over and above the stated value of each individual item
can be claimed as a tax deduction.

1st Grade- Communion Table Cloth
As a class the children choose several pieces that were
important about communion. Pictures of the cross chalice,
host, grapes and wheat grass all surround a communion
quote. The children used their thumb prints to make the
grapes and their fingers to make the wheat grass.

feet by 10 feet, with treated plywood floor set on
treated 4x4’s. It has double doors (wide enough for a

is dT-111 exterior rated siding trimmed with rough cedar,
and painted.

7th Grade- Tree of Life Canvas
This canvas piece is put together using inspirational words
as the tree truck and limbs. The children added their
names among the tree branches and then used their
thumb prints to make all of the leaves.

L33. 8th Grade- Flower Missal Canvas
The class took pieces of our missal and upcycled them into
this canvas piece. Among the missal clippings you will see
each child's signature. The canvas flower was layer into
another canvas to give it a little elevation, along with a
broach in the center of the flower.
L34. Christmas Concert - Buy reserved seats for the Christmas
Concerts ahead of time. Sixteen chairs in the first and
second row will be sold individually. The high bidder can
choose one seat or all sixteen - bidding will continue until
all seats are taken.
