The fabric assortment
The whole assortment of SEFAR
NYTAL® fabrics is composed of several
groups. They distinguish themselves in
respect of thread diameter, percentage
of open area, raw material and fabric
construction. Fabrics made of heavier
yarns guarantee longer lifetime
(PA-XXX/HD Heavy Quality). Fabrics
made of lighter yarns offer a higher
sifting efficiency (PA-XX Milling or
Normal Quality). «PA-MF Milling
Forte» was developed to find the
happy medium of both characteristics,
i.e. to achieve best possible durability
combined with high efficiency.
All the mentioned fabrics are available
in a full range of mesh apertures
which are listed in the respective technical data sheets.
Das Gewebesortiment
Das ganze SEFAR NYTAL® Gewebesortiment ist in mehrere Gruppen
unterteilt.
Sie unterscheiden sich bezüglich
Fadendurchmesser, Prozentsatz offener Siebfläche, Rohmaterial und
Gewebekonstruktion. Gewebe aus
dickerem Garn gewährleisten eine
längere Lebensdauer (PA-XXX/HD).
Gewebe aus einem dünneren Garn
bieten dafür eine bessere Siebleistung
(PA-XX Müllerei oder Normalqualität).
Um den goldenen Mittelweg zu finden, haben wir die Qualität «PA-MF
Milling Forte» entwickelt, mit dem
Ziel, eine bestmögliche Standzeit bei
hoher Siebeffizienz zu erreichen.
Sämtliche der hier erwähnten Gewebe

Food compatibility
The fabrics from the SEFAR NYTAL®
range are made of yarns which contain only substances which are generally recognized as safe according to
«FDA Code of Federal Regulations
(USA), Food and Drugs, title 21, part
177.1500 for PA respectively 177.1630
for PET (indirect food additives:
Polymers)» and «COMMISSION
DIRECTIVE 2002/72/EC of August 6,
2002» relating to plastic materials and
articles intended to come into contact
with foodstuffs.
Lebensmittelverträglichkeit
Die Gewebe aus dem Nytalsortiment
werden aus Garnen hergestellt, die
nur Substanzen enthalten, die gemäss
«FDA Code of Federal Regulations
(USA), Food and Drugs, Art. 21,
Abschnitt 177.1500 für PA sowie
177.1630 für PET (indirekte
Nahrungsmittelzusätze: Polymere)»
und «RICHTLINIE 2002/72/EG DER
KOMMISSION vom 6. August 2002»
über Materialien und Gegenstände
aus Kunststoff, die dazu bestimmt
sind, mit Lebensmitteln in Berührung
zu kommen, als unbedenklich gelten.

Important Notice: PA 6 and PA 66 have the tendency to a strong moisture absorption of up to 4%. This specific behavior and the characteristic to
react to changes of temperature lead to changes in the fabric dimensions, which, according to our investigations, are in normal cases largely reversible.
For this reason PA 6 and PA 66 products, which are manufactured and made up within the global Sefar production network, are processed in a stable climatic
environment. All stated values are arithmetic means of samples (X).
In accordance with Sefar’s policy of continuous product improvement, specifications and other information in this publication are subject to change without
