How to redeem
When will I receive my reward?
Going online means you have all the information you need
to make your selection, instantly. You can check your points
balance, browse through available rewards and redeem your
points for the reward of your choice. You’ll even be able to
take advantage of some special limited offers.
Merchandise Rewards. Delivery will be made to your statement address within

selection. You can search for rewards by category, points
level or program partner. Once you’ve found it, just click
on ‘Redeem Now’. You can also call 1300 363 276 to redeem
by phone.
21 business days. Back-ordered items may take slightly longer. Delivery will be
made between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. If no one is available,
a card will be left for collection from your local post office. If delivery is to a business
address, please include the business name when redeeming. Rewards cannot be
delivered outside Australia.
Certificate and Voucher Rewards. Delivery will be made to your statement
address within 7 business days, unless otherwise stated. If your billing address is a
PO Box and you are redeeming vouchers over $600, please provide a home or work
address, including the business name for courier purposes.

Points for Credit
You can get the rewards you want sooner with Points + Pay.
Simply use some of your points towards your selected reward,
then make up the difference with a payment on your Card.
If you want to have the choice of rewarding yourself with whatever you like,
Points for Credit is a very sensible option. As the name suggests, it allows you
to turn your points into a credit on your Card, which you can then use to
purchase just about anything.
Tenured Rewards
American Express Cardmembers have always received an
extra level of recognition. As a special reward from us, the
longer you’ve been an American Express Cardmember, the
larger the points discount you’ll receive on certain rewards.

A $25 donation is only 3,000 points.

Rewards Program as published to all enrollees. American Express will endeavour to ensure the

This card is issued by Rebel Sport Limited (ABN 78 003 283 8230) (“the Issuer”), and will expire
12 months from the date of activation; not redeemable for cash, another gift card or to make
payments on accounts; change will not be given; any unused balance will not be refunded or
credited when the card expires; void if altered or defaced; redeemable for goods and/or services
at any Rebel Sport store throughout Australia; will not be replaced or honoured if damaged, lost,
stolen or the subject of fraudulent presentation.
Premium Wines Direct
Both American Express and/or the relevant charity cannot issue a receipt for the amount
donated on the redemption of Membership Rewards points.
Points may be redeemed by the Basic Cardmember for a credit on the Primary Card Account.
American Express may decline a Points for Credit request where the Card Account or
Cardmember’s other accounts with American Express are not in good standing. The redemption
of Points for Credit will be administered solely by American Express within 3 business days and
cannot be reversed. Points for Credit is not available for redemption by Corporate Card accounts
and is not redeemable for cash via Credit balance refund.
All wine bottles are 750ml unless otherwise indicated. Wine vintages are subject to change
without notice. Premium Wines Direct reserves the right to substitute wines included in
packaged offers for others of equal or greater value. Points/Price includes delivery to most areas
in Australia by Australia Post. Products will not be delivered to anyone under the age of 18 years

Vouchers
Voucher rewards are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash or credit and are valid for a period
of three months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Normal retailer gift voucher

David Jones Gift Cards
The Gift Card, once activated, may only be used for purchases in David Jones stores and will not
be replaced if lost, or stolen. The card cannot be exchanged for cash or used to settle David Jones
Card Accounts. When the card is used for a purchase, the balance will appear on the receipt. No
change will be given and any balance that remains on the card can only be used in whole or part
against future purchases in David Jones stores. The card expires 24 months after purchase and
any balance that remains on the card after expiry will not be available for use.
Charity redemptions
Total Experience
1. Your Experience: Every customer is issued with a Total Experience voucher that can be used to
enjoy an activity or choice of activities. 2. Validity of Voucher: The experience must be completed
within eight months from date of purchase. It may be extended for a further three months on
payment of a $25 administration fee. 3. Booking your Experience: Where a booking is required,
the experience can be booked by telephone, online, by post or fax. 4. Operator’s Terms and
Conditions: These apply once the experience is booked and will be communicated at the time
of booking or can be supplied on request. 5. Restrictions on Experience: Some experiences are
restricted for health and safety reasons. 6. Lost Voucher: The participant must present a valid
Total Experience voucher to the activity operator on the day of the experience. 7. Theme park
pass covers one day entry to one park only. Full terms and conditions are available on request or
by telephoning Total Experience on 1800 397 374.
MOVIE TICKETS
Each ticket is valid for one movie session per person on any day (with the exception of Hoyts,
Greater Union, Village Cinemas and Birch Carroll & Coyle regular cinema tickets, which cannot
be used on Saturdays after 5pm). All tickets are governed by the terms and conditions listed on
the reverse of each ticket and are valid until and inclusive of the expiry date listed on the ticket.
Ticket expiry dates will be no less than six months from the date of redemption.
