The script is based on a true story and all of the characters are real, whose pictures can be found on the
internet to avoid any confusion. The author advises the appointed judges once more with nothing but good
intentions to sue him for libel if they do not consider themselves to be part of this gang or if they did not partake
in robbery of the author or if they believe they are acquainted with the law better.
A SHORT SUMMARY: Because of his primitive ranting, the author, who was a high-school professor at the
time, decided to educate the loutish and incompetent mayor of Rijeka, Slavko Linić, in office in 1996, by
writing satirical articles in the newspaper ‘Novi List’, after which ‘our’ little Slavko made a nice and lucrative
career as vice-president of the Croatian government and today he is the Minister of finance. When the author
declined apartments and money that were being offered to him just so he would ‘be smart’, i.e. would stop
‘educating’ the mayor, threats like his brains were going to be blown out followed, which were later moderated
to threats that his existence would be ruined by forcing him starve to death and that he would never find another
job in Croatia again, adding that they were to make that happen with his own people by publically announcing a
lie that the author was part of the Croatian Democratic Union. He was then offered a quite attractive
management position by Vice Profaca, member of Parliament in office at the time, and first secretary of the
Croatian Democratic Union in Zadar Srećko Matanović. Sensing a setup by these two, the author concocted a
plan: if they attempt to fulfill the threats, he was going to submit the matter to court and prosecute them. Aware
of the fact that a large number of judges are just a small link in the chain of corruption and that there is no use
prosecuting them because he would legally lose everything, the author decided to alter everything into a
sociological research, using the dangerous methods of the Chicago school of sociology. His suspicions came
true when Božidar Kalmeta, mayor of Zadar in office as well as president of City Council and former Croatian
president Franjo Tuđman’s legman, inspite of a temporary court injunction, hired Vedran Ivčić (who was the
city councilor in office and brother of the late singer Tomislav Ivčić and half-brother of the singer and
ambassador to Rome Đani Maršan) instead of reinstating the author. The author was aware that as an
anonymous and ordinary citizen who did not belong to any political party, lobby, association nor trade union,
he had no chance against the appointed, especially since the jurisprudence is corrupted. So he estimated that his
financial and professional chances were greater if he sociologically investigated how corrupt judges sow
corruption and theft around themselves as well as published and sold works that contained their full names than
if he waited on any fair judgments rendered by court. He also emphasizes that the appointed judges do not dare
lift a finger against him, let alone sue him in criminal law because of their guilt complex. The research was carried out in the following way: the author pretended as if this constitutional state actually
functions the way it should and in the name of sociological research (and not because he thought they would
actually get sanctioned) filed 23 lawsuits against judges, chief justices, and politicians and published several
internationally catalogued works about it, which were all completely concealed from the media and public. In short,
all valid court decisions and rejected criminal charges that were connected to the sociological research are the result
of corruption, fraud and theft and not jurisprudence. As a result of the deleterious trials by perverse and corrupt
judges, the author has composed a requisition, i.e. an account of all that was plundered with expenses:

1. Due to the fixing of numbers of the Labor Act according to the Official Gazette 38/95 (art. 105 and 106 were
substituted by article 23), the author was deprived of a manager’s position for a period of 16 years counting by
the gang of corrupt judges and was robbed of.cca 6.000.000,00 kn (court interest included)

4. REINSTATING THE AUTHOR (WHO HAS A MASTER’S DEGREE) TO FORMER EMPLOYMENT AND
PROVIDING WELFARE TO WHOM IT IS NECESSARY
For 16 years of abuse consisting of almost 1,000 negative court orders, nearly 100 police visits, public police
frisks, apprehensions, arrests and delivered state attorney decisions, becoming publically humiliated by getting
beaten up in café Đina, threats of liquidation, the deletion of records and nullification of his workbook, being
declared missing in Croatia and abroad, the rescindment of health insurance, etc., the author is not requesting
anything but the 7.430.470,00 kuna that he was deprived of, because he did not request medical assistance since he
compensated all of the foreseen perversions done by the gang of corrupt judges, politicians and their mercenaries
with the satisfaction that was brought by conducting this sociological research and filing criminal prosecutions
(knowing with what kind of fools he was dealing with, the author deliberately divested himself of personal weapons
and consented to the risk of endangering his own wellbeing and to humiliation in order to demonstrate how the
institutions function, and as for any further humiliation, he recommends reading the pamphlet of the book ‘What’s
Waiting For Us’).
The author suggests that the stolen and plundered money and assets be returned from the money or assets of
the appointed in the book and not by the Republic of Croatia or European Union, while he suggests that the gang of
corrupt judges and politicians seek help in group therapy described in the CD HIPOTEKA! If this type of settlement
is impossible or if they declare lack of money due to recession, then the author requests building land in either Zadar
or Munich since he believes that we will all become part of one large super-country in the meantime.
So, the whole thing is quite simple. Back in 2001, the author published his first authorized CD HIPOTEKA
which he assembled from the results of his sociological research where he states how he does not believe he will
legally attain anything because the legal system of this country does not function according to the law as it should.
Although the European Union has officially proclaimed Croatia’s jurisprudence as corrupt and has implemented
monitoring of the whole system (which has completely backed up the author’s sociological research), he still does
not believe that his stolen belongings will be returned. Since belief is associated with religion and not science or
facts, the author claims that this last and most important assumption should be scientifically investigated, confirmed,
and waited upon. In conclusion, if the EU helps the author in returning his belongings by January 01, 2014, then the
perfect robbery was not committed which restores faith and hope in all institutions, while on the other hand, if the
EU does not help, then a perfect robbery has indeed been committed which will enter all judicial, literary, and
entertainment records and anthologies and will be presented in detail in over 3,500 digitalized and recorded
documents with additional audio and video recordings and transcripts. In order for this requisition to become
