Dear parents/Guardians,
Below are some guidelines on how to correctly register your child-ren for their
CCA session 2 (26th January - 13th March 2015)
Dates to remember:
Starts Monday 26th January until Friday 13th March 2015 (7 weeks)
CCA selection posted on our school website on Wednesday 7th January 2015
Online parental registration will open on Wednesday 7th January 2015 at 7.00pm
Online parental registration will close on Wednesday 16th January 2015 (1 week)

Online confirmation for CCA registration via email on Friday 21st January 2015
● Please completely fill out your selections and personal information on
the form provided. Without a complete form it will postponed CCA
confirmation email.
● Be sure you enter your correct email address as this will be our only
way of contacting you regarding your choices.
● The full CCA list for Session 2 is on display on the first page of the
Google Form - please note, these CCAs are what is being offered, not
necessarily what will be available during the sign-up selection process.
Spaces are taken on a first-come basis.
● If a CCA is not is the list of choices for selection anymore it means that
this CCA is already full.

becomes available, we will try and place your child in a CCA based on
their waiting list selection.
● Make sure to register only once per child. Your selections are
automatically saved in our database. If you sign up your child more than
once, we will only be able to take your latest selections. Entering
multiple registration for the same child in the same CCA will only block
the CCA availability for other families.
