Dear Fellow Cattlemen,
Welcome to Burroughs Farms!! We cannot thank you enough for making last season, such a
success. We feel truly blessed to have made so many new friends and hope to continue to
service all of your needs. Our program continues to grow and it is with great pride that we
bring to you our lineup for 2010.
This year, we are very excited to introduce our second of eleven full siblings to Heat Wave!
These bulls are not clones but full siblings to the most legendary club calf bull of all time! Last
season, we purchased half interest in Wave Runner, a full sib to Heat Wave, and sold a steer
calf for $10,000 and a heifer calf for $4,000. Last Spring Heat Wave 100 was born. We feel
that he will carry on the winning tradition of his full brother. This January, we calved 9 full
siblings to Heat Wave that we will be introducing next Spring. These bulls promise to carry on
Heat Wave’s winning tradition.
As you look through the catalog, you will notice that we have a variety of sires, from
different breeds, to fit any need...from showing power to maternal and calving ease. Leasing
opportunities are available on sires in the catalog. Let us help you choose a sire that will match
your need. We are only a phone call away!
Here at Burroughs Farms, we believe that customer service is our number one priority. We
