Warm air heating: effective and
comfortable!
Warm air heaters for each
environment
Warmth: one of the essential needs of life not only at home but at work, day after
day. The choice of an optimal system is therefore of the utmost importance by
giving workplace comfort to employees and thus improving efficiencies for the
employer.
The application of warm air
heaters are expansive due to the
fact that the manufacturers offer a
wide range of different systems
with various heat outputs to suit the
most demanding
requirements.
Suspended Unit Heaters
The most common form of warm air heaters. Popular because of their effectiveness and simplicity. The specific advantage is that no valuable floor
space is used. Suspended heaters are also available with mixing units for
return air, fresh air ventilation, thus creating a comfortable and controllable
room climate. Ducting can be used for the distribution of the warm air.
Standing Cabinet Heaters
Available for oil and gas. This heater is a perfect solution for an existing oil-fired
installation. A cabinet heater distributes its warm air directly in the working
zone, suitable for installation in rooms without many (high) obstacles. In addition a cabinet heater can easily be installed in an
adjacent room utilizing ducting distributing of the warm air, with
the added option of mixing fresh air to maximize comfort.

owner:
1. High system-efficiency
Which system has the best efficiency and lowest initial investment?
Which systems ensure climate control in critical areas where products are stored? 2. Energy efficient
Which system guarantees the comfort to those utilizing the space?
3. Modular
Which system is flexible as space utilization changes and buildings are extended? 4. Comfortable heating
Which system is the most reliable over many years of usage?
5. Reliable
All the above questions are essential in determining which is the ultimate system

and evidence proves that a warm air heating system fulfils all these criteria and

more.
Rooftop Heaters
A series of appliances with the most options and
high heat outputs. An ideal solution for large
buildings, especially when the layout of and/or
the activities in the building do not allow the application of cabinet or unit
heaters. Due to the high heat output of these units, in some cases one unity
can be used to heat the whole building, ducting takes care of the heat distribution. These units can also offer a combination of heating with ventilation and
even cooling. In situations where 100% fresh air is required, a make-up-air unit
offers the most economic solution (100% efficiency!).
Warm air tube heaters
A system that is available for oil and gas, and is installed
underneath the roof. A double tube is placed between a
burner unit with fan and the combustion air extraction fan. The inner tube
functions as heatexchanger and releases the heat to the air which is pushed
through the outer tube. In the outer tube openings are made through which
the warm air is distributed in the building. A very direct method of heating
with comfortable heat distribution. Also with this system options including
combinations of fresh air and exhaustion of return air are possible.
7 reasons to choose a warm air
heating system
1. High system-efficiency
The heat exchange takes place from air to air. No heat
loss occurs because the heat is not transported by different
means, such as water (no distribution losses)
2. Energy efficient
The heater is only in operation when heat is required;
this can be controlled on a heater per heater basis.

6. Wide program
The present manufacturers offer a wide program of
warm air heaters (oil fired as well as gas fired) so that
for each heating requirement a suitable solution can
be found. In addition, warm air heaters can combine
heating, ventilation and air conditioning in one appliance! Airheaters can be used in combination with
other forms of heating (e.g. radiation).

3. Modular
In case a factory is extended extra warm air heaters
can easily be installed.
4. Comfortable heating
Heat is generated right on the spot where it is needed. The air heater circulates warm air, which distributes the heat evenly throughout the room. In this way
a room can be heated very quickly at the desired temperature and regulated at this temperature way by
means of applying a two-stage burner.
5. Reliable
Warm air heaters make no use of water so there is no
risk of freezing. The control systems are easy to use
and simple to work with.
7. Fast return on investment
Low capital costs: no need to purchase additional distribution and heat source equipment. Simple and
quick to install.
Low running costs: heater efficiency = system efficiency
The supplied fuel is transformed into heat right on the
spot. The system can react quickly to influences from
outside such as sun radiation or open doors. No distribution energy losses occur because there are no boilerhouse, transportpumps and warmthtransportpipes.
Low maintenance costs: the system is not susceptible
to failure, parts are easy to exchange. A once-a-year
service is sufficient.
