Executive Committee Meeting Held on 07/02/2016. at I.M.A. Hall by the President

As per the direction of state IMA, it was decided to Activate HBI in Dehradun
Collect 200 Rs per member /annum as legal fee
Various committees were declared
Dr. Sumit Vohara complained against a doctor of max hospital for the ethical issue,
and the house contempt the action of the concern doctor and unanimously decide to
lodge a protest to MCI- Uttarakhand
5. Dr. Lalit Kumar was decided to make new whatsapp group of IMA as previous groups
were dissolved
6. Dr. Vineet Gupta had suggest for the ethical workshop and accepted by the
committee
7. Executive committee condemned the email and whatsapp responses for the unusual
talks and comments and advice to refrain from such comments

Monthly CME cum GBM
Monthly CME Cum GBM for the month of February 2016 of IMA-Dehradun Branch held on 27
February 2016 at I.M.A. hall, 1, Narender Vihar, D.Dun.
The agenda of the meeting wereAgenda 1. Condolence – of the said demise of father of Dr. Shushma Datta and Father of Dr.
Charitesh Gupta, meeting was adjourned for 5 minutes.
Agenda 2. IMA Prayer it was resided by Dr. Rajesh Tiwari and all members of IMA
Agenda 3. Introduction of New members – Various 7 new Members were introduced in the
house- Dr Alok Kumar/ Dr. Satendri devi, Dr Shahi Munjal Mongia, Dr. Amandeep singh, Dr.
Suchit Kumar, Dr. Sadakat Ali, Dr. Ravindra Kumar lawania And Dr. Mohit Lawania
Agenda 4. Minutes of Last Emergency GBM and Executive committee meeting were
discussed and passed by the house unanimously.
Agenda 5. Restructuring of pattern of IMA Finances- it was decided by the house that all
finances various committees and Project of IMA- Dehradun branch would be under the
control of President, secretary and treasurer of IMA Dehradun Branch. It was decided by the
house to issue letter to manager of PNB IMA Branch to give details of all accounts of IMA
Dehradun.
Agenda 6. CME- Dr. Rajeev Dwivedi Chaired the CME and Surgeon Rear Admiral Dr. Girish
Gupta, NM, VSM (Retd) DM (Neonatology) Prof. of Paediatrics & Neonatology, SGRRIM&HS
gave a talk “on Role of Medical Apps In Contemporary Medical Practice”. The talk was widely
appreciated by the members.
Agenda 7. Update on Disaster committee & Gupt Kashi Project- Dr. Harish Kohali Chairperson
Disaster management committee 2015-16 and 16-17 Updated about the status of Guptkashi
Project of IMA. He Inform the House about the difficulties in the execution of the project. He
informed the house, he had contacted Local MLA- Mrs Shela rani rawat, and she arranged
meeting with Hon. CM Mr. Hareesh Rawat. Both of them assured to help in the execution of
the project and Provide Financial augmentation of the fund. It was suggested by Dr. Ajay
Khanna and Dr. JP Navani, to contact with UP bridge corporation and Rotary Club Chairman
Mr. Prem Bhalla as they are involved in various project in hilly areas related to Kedarnath
tragedy. It was accepted by the House unanimously.
