Tacos “Barra”.
Tempranil o. Valle de Guadalupe, BC. Vena Cava.

chicken.
Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon. Valle de Guadalupe, BC. Mujer Amante.
A family project that arises from a dream fueled by passion, it results in a wine with robust strokes, intensely spicy, and strongly toasted, without covering
the subtle fruitiness and silky finish. Pairs well with: Lamb in salsa de zapote.
Syrah. Valle de San Vicente, Ensenada B.C. Dubacano Syrah.
This winery was started in the 1980s by the Gallardo brothers in the Valle de San Vicente región, a spot that inspires the family to work the soil, giving as
the result a wine of good intensity, subtle in fragrances marked red fruits. The wine gives way to a delicate and expressive sensation in the mouth.

winery in the south of France, the wine brings us history, strength, and elegance. Pairs well with: New York steak.
Tempranil o, Syrah y adorno de diferentes uvas. Valle de Guadalupe, BC. Maria Tinto.

in the mouth, with a well-rounded and distinct quality. Pairs well with: Pork ribs from La Piedad.
