Capitol Conference
The WPAA will have two representatives at
the NAA Capitol Conference and Spring
Governance meeting March 15-18 in
Washington D.C., Michelina Balzer
(president) and Bianca Labrador (executive
director). They will be attending several
seminars during their stay, as well as
lobbying two Western Pennsylvania
congressmen regarding issues that affect the
multi-family housing industry.

educational opportunities for their members. Now, members can sign up
for webinars and teleforums focusing on different aspects of the industry,
including maintenance! These classes are offered at different times
throughout the year, and at an affordable price of only $30 or $35 for
