The Maintenance Mania National Championship will take place on Friday, June 26 from 12:45 p.m. – 2:15 p.m. inside
the NAA Exposition.
NAA affiliates host Maintenance Mania events across the country to recognize maintenance technicians with awards,
prizes, and bragging rights. Winners from each local event get a chance to qualify for a spot at the National
Championship held at the annual NAA Education Conference & Exposition.
In addition to the sponsorship benefits listed for each Maintenance Mania item NAA Sponsors will also receive:
 Sponsored Company Invited to Attend the Championship Reception on Wednesday, June 24 from 6:30 p.m. – 7:45
p.m.
 Sponsor Recognition in the Onsite Maintenance Mania Program Guide
Prop Box Sponsor
Qty: 1
Investment: $2,500
Start the event off right and provide fun props for attendees to wear! The prop box will be placed near the entrance and will include
fun hats, boas, sunglasses, noise makers and much more.
Sponsorship Includes:
- Sponsor onsite signage at prop box in the Maintenance Mania Arena
- Two (2) company representatives from sponsored company can hand out the props (provided by NAA) to
attendees as they enter the Maintenance Mania Championship Arena on Friday, June 24
Branded Foam Hand

Investment: $3,500
Have the opportunity to provide branded foam hand to hand out to attendees as they enter the Maintenance Mania Championship
Arena.

This unique opportunity allows you to promote your company on folding stadium seats to the first 200 attendees that enter the
Maintenance Mania Championship Arena. Attendees will enjoy the extra comfort during and after the event.

- Sponsor can select the color of the folding seats – Royal Blue or Hunter Green

Bleacher Banners

Investment: $5,000
Have the opportunity to show your brand to attendee during the Maintenance Mania Championship Area. Sponsor can provide up
to three (3) banners that will hang above the seated bleacher area.
Sponsorship Includes:
- Sponsor to provide up to three (3) banners that will hang above the bleachers in the Maintenance Mania
Championship Arena
- Sponsor to submit image and details of banners to NAA for approval by May 1, 2015
- Sponsor banner(s) to be dropped off onsite at the NAA office by Tues., June 23, 2015
Roaming Concession Snack or Beverage Sponsor
Qty: 2
Investment: $7,500
Sponsor one of the many roaming individuals that will be walking around passing out a variety of snacks and beverages to attendees
in the bleacher sections.
Sponsorship Includes:
- Sponsor logo imprinted in white on visors that each roaming individual will be wearing as they hand out snacks
and beverages
- Sponsor logo imprinted in white on the back on t-shirts that each roaming individual will be wearing as they hand
out snacks and beverages

Sponsor agrees to pay full payment of
the total sponsorship amount within
thirty (30) days after submitting the
Sponsorship Contract. Sponsorship
benefits go into effect upon receipt of
the signed contract and full payment.
No sponsorship monies will be refunded:
-In the event of a party cancellation
-Unavailability of a particular sponsorship
opportunity
-Cancellations made by entertainment of
sponsored events
The cost of individual sponsorship
opportunities cannot be shared or split
between companies.
Should a sponsor elect to cancel their
confirmed sponsorship, the sponsor is
not entitled to a refund of monies paid to
NAA.
NAA Show Management must approve
all sponsorship recognition including, but
not limited to, signage, handouts and
giveaways.
NAA may, at its discretion, replace any
entertainment with what it deems to be
comparable talent.
NAA reserves the right to approve,
modify or cancel, at its discretion, any
sponsorship opportunity at any time.
Unless expressly authorized by NAA, the
sponsor will have no creative input into
the production of any sponsored
opportunity.
There will be no competitive company or
category lockouts on any event.
All Sponsors must participate in the 2015
NAA Exposition.
Each sponsor agrees to submit their
company logo to NAA at the time of
commitment. Preferred file format is 3”
x 3” EPS and JPEG file. Logos can only
contain one company name. If a new
logo is submitted to NAA after the
original one is received, NAA will try to
update all conference materials moving
forward but it is not guaranteed.
Sponsorship deadline is May 15, 2015.
Sponsors will not be accepted after the
deadline.
