The Hôtel Val-Vignes boasts 46 rooms with a view of the Alsatian vineyard, the Château du HautKoenigsbourg, the village of Saint-Hippolyte or the Alsatian plain.
Each one is equipped with a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, flat-screen television, free

In our restaurant, we offer diners French cuisine inspired by flavours from
further afield. Our dishes are created using fresh, seasonal produce, and
are accompanied by the perfect wine pairing from Alsace or other French
regions. We offer both a lunch and evening meal service.
Hosting capacities: 120 people indoors, and 30 people on the outdoor
terrace.
Breakfast
Our buffet breakfast is served from 7:30 a.m. to 10 a.m., with cold and hot
drinks, various breads and pastries, cold meats and cheeses, dairy
products, fruit and more.
