Let us repeat our creed:

We are the Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America; we face the future with warm courage and high hope.
For we have the clear consciousness of seeking old and precious values. For we are builders of homes, homes for America’s future, homes where living will be the expression of everything that is good and fair. Homes where truth and love and security and faith will be realities, not dreams.
We are the Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America; we face the future with warm courage and high hope.
The Kentucky Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America is now adjourned.

before. Kyle shows students how their lives will be defined by the things
they DO: the actions they take, the people they help and the lives that they
change. Through side-splitting humor and personal stories from his own
life, Kyle shows students how to overcome difficulties in their lives in order
to tell amazing, incredible, world-changing stories!

***In the following events: Applied Math for Culinary Management; Hospitality,
Tourism and Recreation; Job Interview; Sports Nutrition; and Teach & Train,
the highest score will determine which category (senior OR occupational) will
advance to the National STAR Events Competition. For example, Team A is a
senior category, team B is a senior category, and team C is an occupational
category. They will all compete against each other. If team A receives a score
of 94, and team B receives a score of 91, and team C receives a score of 90
team A and team B will advance to nationals in the senior category as the
representatives for that particular event. Thus, there would be NO KY
occupational category representative at nationals. The highest scores always
prevail.
