Avocado, Tomato Pesto Salad
RECIPE
Ingredients:
2 handfuls Cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1 8-oz. package of fresh mozzarella, cubed
2 large avocados, cubed
½ package of Knorr Pesto sauce
¼ cup olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
2.Whisk ½ package of Knorr pesto sauce and
¼ olive oil together in a small bowl.
3.Pour pesto/olive oil sauce into the large bowl
over tomatoes, mozzarella, and avocados.
4.Mix all ingredients together till well coated
5.Add salt and pepper to taste.
Directions:
1.Mix tomatoes, mozzarella, avocados in a
large bowl.
