Package “Arusha”
3 NIGHTS - 4 DAYS
Day 1
Pick up in Arusha at your chosen place and time. Transfer to Safari Mashariki Lodge, depending on
departure time we will stop for a pic nic lunch on route or lunch will be waiting at the arrival. Arrival at the
Lodge where the luscious African bush is meeting the Indian Ocean in front of miles long secluded white
beach.
Your accommodation will be in a comfortable Ocean View suite bungalow. Please inform preferred bedding
accommodation. Time to relax in your Bungalow terrace, to take a walk on the beach or to swim in the fresh
Ocean waters. A succulent three courses dinner with mineral water included will be served. Overnight.
Day 2
Full Breakfast. Today will be your Sea Adventure day. A Safari Blue will take you sailing to a sand bank
where in crystal clear waters you will be able to enjoy snorkeling and admiring the incredible variety of the
local underwater life of the Ocean (departure time based on tides).
You will be able to spot as well the many boats of fishermen crossing the waters and the sea trade activity of
local villages, the Swahili Coast area was famous for centuries because of the trade with Zanzibar and the
Arabian peninsula, many of the African riches including Ivory and Slaves where traded here, in Pangani and
Saadani. You can spend the rest of the day exploring the different sea area ecosystems (sand, mangroves,
rivers mouth) and checking out their frenzied wildlife.
Three courses lunch or pic-nic lunch is included. Three courses dinner with mineral water is included.
Overnight.
Day 3
Full Breakfast. By a drive through Saadani National Park, one of the best example of luscious Tropical
African Savanna Ecosystem we will reach the Wami River for a Boat Safari, an unique experience, spotting
hippos crocodiles lizards and many different kind of birds will be the highlight of this excursion (excursion
time is depending on river tides).
Lunch or pic nic lunch is included. Return to the Lodge for relax at the beach and to enjoy the sunset before
Dinner. Overnight.
Day 4
After a full breakfast our car will be at your disposal for your return transfer.
(Return transfer can be to Arusha , Dar Es Salaam, Tanga or any local airstrips)
BUSH DINNER
Treat yourself to one of the most unique African Experience while staying at Safari Mashariki Lodge. A
private dinner in the valley near the Lodge, served in a panoramic location surrounded by the African Bush
vegetation and enjoying the spectacular show of the heartbreaking African Sunset on all its colors,
accompanied by the background of hundred of singing birds, a real natural splendor.
Price US$ 19.00 per person with a bottle of sparking wine included each 2 pax.
