Introducing Men Ab Meditation, a class based on Kamitic (Ancient
Egyptian) meditation system that activates and optimizes the higher
parts of the brain. Improve your planning, abstract thinking, intuition,

Tree of Life Qi Gong
Mondays 7.30 – 9.30pm (£5)
Learn the principles and practice of Qi Gong and heal the body and mind
through balancing the five organ energy systems. Improve resistance, vitality
and longevity through this ancient system of postures, breathing and healing
sounds. This informative and practical class is suitable for all ages and all
levels of fitness.
Do not eat heavily before. Wear loose clothing & soft soled shoes & bring a
notebook & pen.
