Issue 1— Summer Term 6th May 2016 Year 4 News Year 4 continue to discover about Ancient Egypt in fun and exciting ways. Children have designed and are about to create their own canopic jars. Below are some of their wonderful designs. All of year 4 have been learning to write their names using Ancient Egyptian hieroglyphs. They then drew these on to a cartouche. During Art, we have been studying Frontalism Art which is a hugely recognisable style which the Ancient Egyptians used.
