Main terms and conditions of sale
All returns must be made within 3 months of date of invoice and all returns which are due to a customer
error will be subject to 20% handling charge.
Special tools are subject to a shipping allowance of +/- 10% or +/- 1 unit for orders less than 10 pieces,
unless otherwise requested. During the design and/or manufacture of special products with customer
supplied dim’s it may be necessary to change certain dimensions/tolerances to SGS requirements.
All goods delivered shall remain Seller’s property (retention of title) until all claims in whatever legal
grounds are paid including claims arising in the future or conditional claims and those arising from
contracts concluded with purchaser at the same time or subsequently.
Any increase in taxes, custom duties, consular fees, freight charges, insurance premiums or similar
expenses shall be added to the Contract price.
All prices listed are calculated from costs applicable at the date of publication. If there is any increase
in such costs between the date of publication and despatch the Seller may increase the quoted price
accordingly.
Unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing payment shall be made to us within 30 days net monthly.
Time of payment shall be the essence of the Contract. We reserve the right to charge interest on all
overdue accounts at the rate set by our legal representatives using their solicitors account rules 1998 and
will be applied from date of invoice.
No dispute as to quality or performance of the products shall entitle the buyer to delay payment unless
we shall have accepted liability for any alleged breach of warranty or condition in respect thereof or shall
have been found so liable by a court of competent jurisdiction.
We shall not be liable for any shortage in quantities delivered nor for any defect in the quality nature or
condition of the products nor for failure of the products to comply with any specification unless a claim
in writing shall have been received by us from the buyer within 5 working days of delivery of the products.
The buyer shall accept delivery of ordered products not withstanding any variation in weights,
dimensions or other characteristics from any specifications provided that such variations are within
recognised tolerances.
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
