Protein Recipes for LiquaCel Pro-Tini Lemonade Iced Tea Pour ingredients into shaker, add ice and shake. Pour into glass. Provides: 16g of protein Ingredients: • 1 oz LiquaCel™ + 4 oz liquid: • Water, Ginger Ale,Club Soda, Crystal Light®, Apple Juice, Cranberry Juice, etc. Ingredients: • 1 oz Lemonade LiquaCel™ • 3 oz unsweetened tea • Splash of club soda • Sprig of mint and slice of lemon for garnish Provides: 16g of protein Orange Strawberry Mash Ingredients: • 1 oz orange LiquaCel • 4 oz soda water • 2 strawberries (mashed) • wedge of strawberry for garnish Cran-lime Ingredients: • 1 oz Lemonade LiquaCel™ • 2 oz cranberry juice • 2 oz club soda • slice of lime Provides: 16g of protein Apple Lemonade Ingredients: • 1 oz Lemonade LiquaCel™ • 2 oz apple juice • 2 oz club soda Provides: 16g of protein Provides: 16.5g of protein Jello Shots Ingredients: • Sugar Free Jello (orange, cherry, lemon, lime or raspberry) • 1 cup hot water • ½ cup cold water • ½ cup LiquaCel™ Directions: 1. Add hot water to jello mix and stir until dissolved. 2. Add cold water and LiquaCel™ and stir. 3. Pour into 8x8 dish and place in refrigerator until set. 4. Cut into 12 portions. Margarine or butter or unsalted Margarine • A bag and half of marshmallows • 12 scoops ProCel® protein • 4 tbsp. water • 3 cups Rice Krispies® Directions: • Melt Margarine in saucepan over low heat • Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted • Gradually add ProCel® protein and stir until completely blended • Add 3 tbsp. water and stir until blended • Add 3 cups of cereal stir until well coated • Place in 9 inch (close to it) square pan • Cut into 9 portions Provides: 7.3g protein • 1 scoop ProCel® 100* • 1/2 cup Strawberries • 2-3 ice cubes • 4-6 ounces of water • Mix in blender until combined Provides: 15.5g of protein Vanilla Smoothie • 1 Scoop ProCel® 100 • 5 ice cubes • 4-6 ounces of water • 1 tsp of vanilla extract • Mix in blender or shaker Provides: 15g of protein Hot Chocolate Ingredients: • 1 scoop ProCel® 100* • 2 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder • 8 oz skim milk • Sprinkle of cinnamon Directions: Warm up desired liquid to no warmer than 180F, then add the ProCel® 100 and unsweetened cocoa powder to the liquid. Stir until all ingredients are blended to desired consistency. Sprinkle cinnamon on top for garnish.
