We understand that you may not be
able to attend all the sessions if you are
traveling from far away. That’s okay,
please know though that you’re
welcome to set up on all days.

Friday, June 28th: Chainless Race & After Party, 2:00 - 7:30 PM
Saturday, June 29th: Demos & Bike Carnival, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Sunday, June 30th: Demos & Bike Carnival, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
LOAD-IN
Please arrive between the set up times
for convenience and ease. Please
bring your own dollies, hand trucks,
wagons, etc.

Thursday- 12:00-4:00 PM- All Vendors
should be 100% ready at 4:00 PM.
Friday- 8:30 AM-1:00 PM- All Vendors
should be 100% ready at 1:00 PM.

Tables tents and chairs are not provided, please bring you own or make local
arrangements. Crested Butte Rental Center is a great local vendor and can be

CLEAN UP & STORAGE

There will be trash and recycle bins onsite, please help us keep
Crested Butte beautiful! Storage is not provided; please make your own arrangements.
ELECTRICAL
Power is not provided.
INSURANCE
Both Iron Orchid Events and the Crested Butte Bike Week Festival require a certificate
of insurance which list the two entities as additionally insured. This must be provided to
operate on-site during the event.
BEER TICKETS
We love our vendors and want to keep you happy, make sure you see us for a
couple of FREE beer tokens, courtesy of CB Bike Week, Iron Orchid Events and
Oskar Blues Brewing.

SECURITY
CHAMPIONSHIP
There will be no onsite security. Please make arrangements to secure your valuables
each night. Iron Orchid Events and the Crested Butte Bike Week Festival are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
PARKING
There is free on street parking located in Crested Butte. Please check the street
signs to make sure you’re legal.
VEHICLES IN THE PARK
The CB Parks & Rec Department takes their grass pretty seriously. Vehicles are allowed in Town Park (Thur, Sat, Sun) but to park on the grass vehicles must have
planks underneath.
ACCOMODATIONS
Accommodations are not provided, but we have partnered with a number of
local lodging properties to provide discounts. Look on our website

DIRECTIONS
CHAMPIONSHIP
The start and finish will take place at the base area of Mt. Crested Butte. Head through
the town of Crested Butte, continue up the hill towards the ski area and look for signs on
your right.
FROM MONTROSE
FROM DENVER
From Denver International Airport, take
interstate 70 west, exit to highway 470
west, highway 285 south to Fairplay then
Poncha Springs, highway 50 west to
Gunnison, then highway 135 north into
Crested Butte.
SHUTTLE SCHEDULE
SHUTTLE
Staying on the
Mountain? There is a
free shuttle running
from the town of CB
to Mt. CB every 20
minutes. Shuttles can
accommodate bikes
and start running at
7:35 AM.
Take highway 50 east to Gunnison, then
highway 135 north into Crested Butte.
Every 20 minutes from 7:35 AM to 9:35 PM
