Metal Industrial Co., LTD is a modernized enterprise specializing in research
and development, manufacture and sell on the induction cookers and infrared
cooker. Our products enjoy very good reputation in foreign countries and at

Our company has more than 10000 square meters, which include 8500
square meters standardizing workshop and 1500 square meters office. We
have a daily capacity of 5,000 units induction cookers, and 30,000 pcs of
spare parts.
Yosun Metal Industrial Co., LTD has a strong technical strength, with the
experienced engineers and professional staffs. We set up a special laboratory
for the induction cooker and infrared cooker which provides a good-quality
assurance. Our products have pass many certificate standard, such as the

◆Our company operates completely under the ISO9001 :2008 system. So, we
follow all the steps of QE,QA,IQC,IPQC,QC,FQC,OQC and PQC.
◆IQC: At the very beginning, we exam the material pretty carefully to confirm
the Incoming Quality Assurance. To eliminate the problem before assembling,
then the quality is improved.
◆SQA: We choose the good supplier, who can provide us the good component all
the time and on time.
◆DQA: Our engineers have around 10 years of experience on induction cooker
and infrared cooker, the product design is reasonable and good.

◆PQA: All the assembling procedures are strictly supervised under the experienced
director and we also make sure every work is qualified enough.
◆FQC: Advanced test machines are also used for aging test about 30
days, high voltage test at 4200V, power tolerance within 50W, etc. For
every final product, we also make the boiled test above 10 minutes to
ensure all the function works well.
◆ Other steps have also been established and executed strictly, like TQA,
OQC,QA,QC and QE.

◆ Provide 1% of spare parts, such as the whole main board(PCB board), the
whole light board and gift box.
◆ Since we operate strictly under ISO ISO9001 :2008 system, less than 1‰ of
product will go broken within one year, 1% of spare parts is extremely enough.
