Admission avoidance GP hotline calls
We have revamped our offering of <48 and
>48 hour admission avoidance / ambulatory
clinics for GPs, to find you can click here:
Letters on ICE
Please be aware that ICE cannot
support branch
surgery addresses.
It was agreed that all letters would be
transmitted to the main surgery address to
deal with this problem.
Currently we continue to receive large
number of letters back that relate to a GP
practice branch surgery. Please could we ask
you to kindly remind staff working within the
practice to check the patient letters against
all surgery sites to avoid any potential delays
to patient care.
