The Agricultural Cooperative of Felgueiras (Cooperativa Agrícola
de Felgueiras) was founded in 1957. This institution is based on
three main pillars: wine, fruit (kiwi) and the sale of factors of
production either for its members or to the public in general.
Recently, it became the first institution of its kind to be
acknowledged by the Portuguese Standard (Norma Portuguesa)
in Social Responsibility.
