• Combine cream and maltitol syrup
• Blend peanut butter into tempered
and heat until scalded.
• Whisk in melted Peter’s® dark
chocolate flavored sugar free, mix
until consistent.
• When cooled below 120° F, mix in
butter, acid and flavoring.
• Shell mould or enrobe with Peter’s®
dark chocolate flavored sugar free.
Peter’s® white sugar free.
• Spread blend out 1/2” thick on
parchment paper.
• Allow to cool.
• Cut into 1” squares and enrobe in
Peter’s® milk chocolate or dark
chocolate flavored sugar free.
Yield: Approximately 160 pieces
To give center mass a softer, melt-inyour-mouth texture, beat 1-2 minutes at
high speed in mixer.
