DOES BEING BLACK MATTER?
Sunday, December 14, 2014 is declared Solidarity Day.
In support of the current issue against racial profiling, Macedonia
as well as other churches will be unifying by asking the congregation
to wear all black on this Sunday as a symbolic gesture that black
lives matter. If you cannot wear all black, please do not let that
deter you from Sunday morning Worship. We pray that everyone
can come to unify in Worship.

IT’S ALMOST TIME!! Are you ready? Are you inviting someone…
anyone … everyone? There is still plenty of time to plan the evening
and arrange the carpool to arrive early. You ask, what are they
talking about. It’s the NEW YEAR’S REVIVAL AND CONCERT!!
That’s right, Dr. Lance Watson is our revivalist and Charles Butler
and Trinity will be the musical artist. We will worship and celebrate
at Wakefield High School at 7pm on Wednesday, January 7, 2015.
See the attached flyer with all the details.

This Christmas Season, the Beautification Ministry chose to decorate the
church with the theme: "Christmas in Winter Wonderland." Our reasons
being:
1. We celebrate "God's love" through the "birth of Jesus Christ" on Christmas.
2. "Winter" is the coldest season of the year.
3. The noun "Wonderland" means a place where God lives; wonderful feeling.
4. We chose the colors silver, blue and white because:
 Silver: Redemption (Matthew 27:3-10, Genesis 20:16), Truth (Psalm 12:6)
Strength, Faith (Psalm :10);
 White: Purity, Holiness, Righteousness (Psalm 51:7, Revelation 3:4-5, 19: 8,
14); and
 Blue: River of Life (Ezekiel 47:9), Heaven (Ezekiel 1:26), Royal Priesthood
(Exodus 28:31, Exodus 39:1) Grace, Mercy (Exodus 24:9-11).
During this Christmas Season, (the coldest season of the year), come to
Macedonia, a place where you can experience God's love through His people.
S.H.A.R.E. Distr ibu tion day is Satu r day, Decem ber 20 fr om 6:45am —
8:30am. Show that you are a very generous person and show up at 6:45am to help
unload the van and assemble the S.H.A.R.E. packages. No need to contact anyone —
