This is the first day that
our students can wear
their uniform shorts.
Remember all of the children need to complete three service activities and reflections
which are due next week.
Eyeglass Collection: Our SERVE group is collecting old eyeglasses for Lens-Crafters. The
company will clean them up and donate them to people in both our country and in other
countries who cannot afford proper eyeglasses. This is one way we can recycle an item
for a better use. Please support our collection by sending in your old eyeglasses (readers
or subscription).
Thanks for your support.
Totes for Hope: Many schools provide both breakfast and lunch for their students. In
many cases, these are the only two meals the students eat each day. The staff at Ethel
M. Taylor School in Milvale is worried that their students will not eat anything over spring
break. Our Student Council is taking on this initiative by asking our students to collect
snack foods for the students at this school. More information will be coming this week.
Living Stations: The 8th graders will be leading us in prayer on Thursday, March 24 with
the Living Stations. The Living Stations will tell the story of Jesus’ journey to the Hill of
Calvary at 9:30 and 10:45.

Do you have
pets?
If you have a pet, you know that they are part
of your family. But some families can’t afford
to feed their pets.
During the week of March 14th, we are
collecting dog and cat food for the Cincinnati
Pet Food Pantry.
The donations can be any brand, variety, and
size but must be dry food, no cans! All
donations should be brought to the front
lobby. The classroom that collects the most
food by weight gets a free out of uniform day!
Good luck and thank
you for helping families
feed their pets!!!
