3 CHAMPAGNE LOUIS DOUSSET
The Dousset family has been in the village of Verzenay, in the
heart of Champagne, since 1844. In 1998, Jean-Roch Floquet,
the grandson of Louis Dousset, took over the family business
with a view to develop. Jean-Roch Floquet has mixed innovative
and traditional methods to produce high quality Champagnes.
Today, the vineyard covers 9 hectares, which enabled them to
produce 60 000 bottles in 2012. Their top-of-the-range Champagnes come from the best terroirs in the Champagne region and
mature for at least 5 years in their cellars.

8 DOMAINE DES ELEPHANTS
Eight generations of the Boucher family have been making AOC Touraine wines in
the Loire Valley. Today Philippe and Guillaume, father and son, continue the family
tradition at "the Domaine des Elephants". Situated on the north bank of the river
Cher between Chenonceau and Saint Aignan in the heart of the Loire valley and its
magnificent castles, their vineyard occupies 35 hectares of southwest facing
slopes. It is the limestone and flint in the soil that gives the Touraine wines, and
particularly the white sauvignons, their special and much celebrated character. 22 of
their hectares are planted with Sauvignon and the remaining 13 divided into plots of
Gamay, Malbec (known in the region as "Côt"), Cabernet Franc, Chenin and Pineau
d'Aunis.

16 VIGNOBLES CHATELIER
Vignobles Chatelier has been in the same family for four generations. The family use traditional vinification methods, but has
regularly invested in functional, modern facilities, which are essential in order to meet new standards. With very high quality
grapes, the goal of Vignobles Chatelier is to make full-bodied,
fruity wines, that are also subtle and refined. Bordeaux's climate is ideal for their grape varieties, with Merlot (right bank)
and Cabernet (left bank) for the reds, and Sémillon and Sauvignon for the whites.

21 CELLIER DES PRINCES
Created in 1924, the Cellier des Princes is the only cooperative in Chateauneuf du Pape.
A large number of grape
varieties are used in the vinification process– up to thirteen
different varieties for Chateauneuf du Pape. The main
grapes used are Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre together
with a whole set of ancient varieties. Their wines always
reflect their origin : the famous chateauneuf stones offer
depth and body, dry, hot sandy soils add power and spice,
chalky sandstone gives structure and the siliceous clay hills
produce wines which are rich and round.
