Addendum to the 2014 Rule Book Bee County Junior Livestock & Homemaker’s Show Under Craft Category Rules Rule # 8 page 24 8. An overall Grand Champion will be chosen in each division and these will be sold in the Premium Sale. They will only receive auction money. This rule is deleted from the 2014 rule book for the Bee County Junior Livestock & Homemaker’s Show. Refer to the rule under Drawing/Painted Picture on page 24: One overall winner will be chosen from EACH sub-category. Each overall winner will compete for the Grand and Reserve Champion craft spots in the Premium Sale. These two craft winners will receive auction money. CHICKEN A LA KING BAKE INGREDIENTS: 8 oz. uncooked medium egg noodles 1 c. sliced celery 1/2 c. onion, chopped 1 can (10-3/4 oz) reduced-fat reduced sodium condensed cream of chicken soup, dilutes 1 c. frozen peas, thawed 2/3 c. fat-free evaporated milk 6 oz. cubed reduced-fat process cheese, loaf-type) 2 c. cubed cooked chicken breast 1 jar (2 oz.) diced pimentos, drained 1/3 c. dry bread crumbs 1 tablespoon oil DIRECTIONS: In a 4 qt. saucepan, cook noodles according to package directions. In a large skillet sprayed with cooking spray, saute celery & onions over medium heat until tender. Reduce heat to low & add soup, peas, milk, cheese, chicken & pimentos & stir until cheese is melted. Drain noodles; add to chicken mixture & toss to mix. Pour into 2-qt. baking dish coated with cooking spray. Cover with foil & bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Toss bread crumbs with oil. Sprinkle over the top. Bake, uncovered, for 10-15 minutes or until heated top is golden. CALORIES: 300 TOTAL FAT: 7 g DIETARY FIBER: 3 g PROTEIN: 25 g
