Experience Your Wedding
The Details
A tentative hold may be placed on any date for seven (7) days without a deposit. After 7 days, the client
may decide to reserve the space by signing a contract and putting down a non-refundable deposit of
$1000.00.
PAYMENT/CANCELLATION POLICY:
50% of your anticipated revenue (room, food, and bar) must be paid 6 months—91 days prior to your
wedding date.


90 days prior to your wedding day, 50% of the remaining balance is due.
30 days prior to your wedding day, 50% of the remaining balance is due along with your credit card
authorization form or a $500.00 security deposit, barring any damages, unauthorized use or loss of revenue due to activities of the guests, the deposit will be returned within thirty (30) business days of the
function. If additional charges were incurred during the event, the balance of the security deposit may be
used to pay down the outstanding balances.


7 days prior to your wedding day, the remainder of your balance is due.
As deposits are made, they are non-refundable. Any deposits not made by deadline will result in the
event being cancelled. If booking inside thirty (30) days, all fees are due on the contract due date.
Payment may be made by cash, check* (made payable to La Quinta Inn & Suites), Visa, MasterCard,
Discover or American Express. Please denote name and date of function on all paperwork, including
checks. Payments made by check will not be accepted within two (2) weeks prior to the event. *All returned checks will incur an additional fee and will not be an acceptable form of payment in the future.
La Quinta Springfield does not allow smoking in any function areas or in any public indoor areas. If you
or your guests need to smoke please do so outside in the designated areas.
La Quinta Springfield does not allow any type of confetti to be used on tables or to be thrown. A cleaning fee of $75 will be deducted from your security deposit should these items be used or if the room requires excessive cleaning.
La Quinta Springfield will not be responsible for any items left in the function spaces after the rental period. All items should be removed from the facility immediately following the event.
A signed Banquet Event Order (BEO) and Floor Plan is required to be on file at least seven (7) days prior
to your wedding. The BEO will detail all set up and catering that was discussed for your wedding.
