Miner Vineyards Series
Miner Vineyards Series
This design has been created based on the
demand of our Victoria series design. We have
defined a simple design for the cabinet and
focused on making the wood frame more
decorative and stylish. Available in all sizes.
Miner Vineyards Wine
"The importance of storing fine wines in a
climate-controlled environment simply
cannot be overlooked. The color, aromas,
and flavors of a wine will be best preserved if
protected from extreme and fluctuating
temperatures. Only by investing in quality
cellaring and proper storage, and thus
creating ideal aging conditions, will wines
realize their full potential."

Chateau Montelena Series
Chateau Montelena Series
The Chateau Montelena represents one of our
most elegant and refined cabinet series. The
intricate beauty of olive ash burl combined
with cherry wood establishes a stylish, rich
and tasteful ambiance. Artistic detail and
appeal is enhanced by hand carved corbels.
The full length glass doors nicely balance
the impressive cabinet, offering an
intimate view of your wine collection.
Available in sizes: 500, 550, and 700.

"Our Chateau's thick stone walls and
design make an excellent environment
for making and cellaring wines. The cellar
stays cool and dark year-round. These
conditions are the opposite of what most
people look for in a comfortable home,
so a top-quality wine storage system is
essential to preserve your special bottles
and to ensure that you experience
everything your wines have to offer."

Clos Pegase Series
Clos Pegase Series
Inspired by the grandeur of the mythical winged
horse, Pegasus, who released the Spring of the
Muses thus allowing the wine god Bacchus to
irrigate his vineyards, the Clos Pegase series
combines a very classic look with the
elegance any wine collector would be
proud to own. The series comes standard
with the French window pane doors
along with the detailed dentil moldings
on the crown and base. Available in all
sizes.
Clos Pegase Wine
"In addition to our highly acclaimed
vineyards, the Clos Pegase Winery is
home to over 20,000 square feet of
functional caves. The caves keep our
estate wines at an ideal aging
temperature, essential for proper
development of wine. Vinotheque
cabinets provide this same essence
and quality of wine storage, but in a
convenient, functional and elegant
storage solution for your home.”

Bacio Divino Series
Bacio Divino Series
Inspired by the Tuscany style of Italy, this
series incorporates the use of Mahogany
wood along with decorative metal straps
and clavi, which were used to create
doors and cabinetry centuries ago. The
cabinets
represent
the
rustic,
handsome appeal of the period. Bacio
Divino, or “Divine Kiss” in Italian,
represents the love and passion of
wine collecting and enjoyment of
the finer things in life. Available in
all sizes, including credenza.

Cardinale Series
Cardinale Series
The Cardinale series is our most lavishly
adorned cabinet series. It incorporates
the beauty of olive ash burl with cherry
wood. This combination creates a
style and beauty, which is sure to
provide visual pleasure for years to
come. The hand carved corbels and
appliques establish the Cardinale
cabinets as impressive, tasteful
and artistic furniture show
pieces. Available in 500, 550 and
700 sizes.
Cardinale Wine
“The beauty of a temperature controlled
storage unit is that it enables a harmony of
time and temperature to act upon the wine
in a manner that fosters delicate and
controlled reactions. These reactions allow
for the development of aromas and flavors
that speak to the potential the winemaker
envisioned when first bottling the wine.”

Franciscan Oakville Estate Wine
"The most important aspect for preserving the life of fine wine is to store it at an
even temperature, ideally around 55 degrees with proper humidity. By storing fine
wines in a cool, stable environment, you preserve and extend their life and will be
able to discover the dynamic, living product within the bottle as it develops with
age."

"At Pahlmeyer we take great care in
producing the style of wine that

to be stored at an optimum state to
achieve their maximum potential,
proper storage is critical for allowing
the process of refinement to occur.”

“Fluctuation in temperature is the
biggest enemy for wine during aging.
Constant temperature is as important
in storing wine after it is bottled as it is
in barrels in the winery. In aging wines,
tannins and acid lessen in intensity.
Well aged, properly stored wines
exhibit softer, more accessible flavors.”

The Dual-acting QT

High density, closed
pore insulation for
the ultimate in wine
protection
There are two cooling system designs available for
your wine storage cabinet.
The QT System is the single most advanced
wine cellar temperature and humidity
maintenance unit in the world. It minimizes
noise while maximizing the unit’s ability to
cool. The system employs natural convection
refrigeration, allowing the cabinet to cool
from the rear forward resulting in higher
efficiency. Temperature consistency is
assured by the temperature equalizer
feature.
The WhisperKOOL® System is the
economical option for meeting the cabinet’s
cooling needs. It utilizes the industrystandard forced air-cooling system. The
WhisperKOOL system comes in two different
sizes: a standard model and an upgraded
model for extra cooling in demanding
environments.
Liquid-Measuring Thermostat
This system incorporates a probe designed
to measure the liquid temperature in a wine
bottle rather than the air temperature of the
cellar.
PDT TM Thermostat System
PDT Junior (standard)
All of our cabinets come equipped with the
PDT ™ Jr. as the standard thermostat system. The
thermostat incorporates a self-calibrating liquid
measuring probe for precise temperature and
humidity control for your wines. The thermostat also
features a built-in defrost cycle to prevent frost build-up
and heavy duty circuitry, designed to resist power surges.
The optional PDT ™ thermostat upgrade, adds an effective
temperature display for exact temperature readings
displayable in both Fahrenheit and Celsius.

Dual Zone Cooling & Front Venting
Dual Zone Cooling System
Our dual zone cooling option provides two
independently
cooled
and
temperature
controlled wine storage areas in one cabinet.
Outfitted either with QT or WhisperKOOL
cooling systems, dual zone cooling establishes
two individual cooling zones each ranging
between 45 to 70 degrees. Available in 550
and 700 sizes only.
Left Cooling Zone: Thermostat set to 45o F
Right Cooling Zone: Thermostat set to 55o F
Front Venting
The cooling solution for building our wine
storage units into existing cabinetry or into
tight spaces where ventilation is limited. This
design increases cabinet height by 3 inches
and encloses the backside. Two ventilation
fans are mounted inside the top section. The
fans draw air from beneath the cabinet across
condensor coils and out the front of the unit (at
the top).
Note: It is recommended that the customer receive the
unit prior to preparing the space into which it will be
mounted.

COLOR AND STAIN OPTIONS
A number of colors and stain options are available. Please review
the color chart carefully to determine which one best fits your
decor. Your distributor will have samples readily available for
you to evaluate.
Note: Colors and stains can vary from panel to panel, due to
the infinite variety of naturally occurring wood-grain
patterns.
Custom color matching available. Requires at least a 3" x
3" representative sample.
THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW
• You have the option of selecting your own door
handles to be included on the cabinet. Have it
noted on the order and send your handles to the
factory and we will install them for you.
d
Re
• The cabinet needs adequate ventilation in order to
cool effectively. Open rooms provide the best
ventilation.
• The units operate best if they are filled to a minimum
of 75% of their capacity.
• We believe the QT Series to be the quietest cabinets
available, however, the motor will produce some noise. If
noise is an issue, please observe one in operation to gain an
appreciation for its noise level.
• Upon receiving your order, the company will send you an owner’s
manual. Please review it immediately so you can prepare for the
unit’s arrival and set up.
