Is pleased to present our Guide to the Perfect Event.
We deliver our premium homemade ice cream to your event with everything you will need to
create “an experience”, not just an ice cream party! Our professionally uniformed staff will serve
your guests quickly and efficiently from our specially designed “kaleidokarts” equipped with
umbrellas and tastefully decorated to match your theme.
Our premium homemade ice cream is available directly to you at your location. We offer a
range of packages and products to fit any occasion. Kaleido Kone Creamery’s Catering is
perfect for birthday and graduation parties, company picnics, corporate and sporting events,
showers and weddings, and many other special events. We are only limited by your
imagination! We’re flexible enough to be the dessert portion of your party or the central focus of
your event.
What makes us so unique is that we not only cater our
homemade premium ice cream but that we take it a step
further and offer our clients handmade, colored specialty
waffle cones that are as delectable as they are colorful!
Paired with our homemade, premium ice cream, these
cones are sure to bring smiles to any occasion! We
provide a multitude of ice cream flavors and cone colors,
but are happy to customize both to capture your special
event theme. We love to grant special requests!
Kaleido Kone Creamery, Inc. uses only the very best products and ingredients. To make the
best, we start with the best. That means obtaining the finest ingredients available, from farmfresh milk and cream, to natural fruit purees, and imported vanilla and chocolates. They really
do make a difference that customers can taste. But that is just the beginning. We keep a
careful watch on our quality by making our products fresh on a made-to-order basis.
Whether 50 people or 2000 will attend your next function, Kaleido Kone Creamery, Inc. is
capable of catering ice cream for any size group ($135 min. order).

Service Options
Self Service: We set it up and you take over providing your own scoopers! Some set-up and
take down assistance may be required.
Full Service: Kaleido Kone Creamery’s hospitality staff will gladly handle all set-up, event
service (3 hours) and take down.
Minimum Order: A minimum order of $135 is required.
Guaranteed Count: A guaranteed count must be received 72 hours prior to your event. You
will be billed for the guaranteed count plus any additional guests served. A 20% deposit is
required when you confirm your date. Balance is due at the time of your event.
What we provide:
1. Complete set-up of our “kaleidokarts” tastefully decorated to match your theme.
2. Four flavors of our freshly made premium homemade ice cream - Vanilla,
Chocolate, Strawberry and Black Raspberry. Other flavors may be
substituted with 7days notice, please see our flavor list to make your
selections. Additional flavors can be added for an additional charge. If you
don’t see your favorite flavor on our list, just ask and we will see if we can create
it for you. We love to grant special requests!
3. For the packages that include cones we provide regular Joy® cake cones. For
an additional charge, we offer freshly made waffle cones and bowls that can be
customized to match the colors of your theme.
4. Twelve toppings of your choice set up in an elegant cascading arrangement – if
choosing the Sundae Bar package.
5. All paper products – napkins, spoons, straws (if ordering floats) and disposable
dishes. For the upscale events clear sundae dishes are available for an
additional charge.
6. Our professionally dressed hospitality staff to serve your guests – for full
service pricing only.
7. Complete clean up and packaging of remaining toppings.

MENU PRICES BELOW ARE PER PERSON AND INCLUDE ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT! Only the
full service package includes three hours of serving time. Additional labor charges will be added
when our hospitality staff is required for more than 3 hours.
Ice Cream Cones

Kaleido Kone Creamery’s specialty! You’ve got to see this! The kaleidoscope of colored waffle
cones (or choose Cake Cones) combined with our palette of ice cream flavors creates a unique
ice cream experience. For an additional charge we can customize the cone colors to capture
your special event theme. Please call for a quote!
Strudel a’ la Mode

Mouth-watering, freshly baked European-style strudel, topped with generous scoops of creamy
vanilla bean ice cream. Cinnamon and powdered sugar shakers are included.
Strawberry Shortcake

A favorite of ours! A delicious combination of freshly made vanilla bean ice cream, strawberry
topping layered onto freshly baked yellow pound cake or angel food cake squares and topped
with whipped cream.
Brownies a’ la Mode

Decadence all the way! Creamy vanilla bean ice cream atop freshly made chewy brownies
drizzled with hot fudge, caramel, or strawberry sauces and topped off with whipped cream and
chopped mixed nuts.
Floats

The fun starts here! Top quality floats made with rich and creamy vanilla bean ice cream.
Choose from a variety of sodas such as Root Beer, Orange, Black Cherry, Lime and
Strawberry. Long spoons, straws, and deep drink cups are included.
Ice Cream Truffles
Self Service $5.00
Full Service $5.50
For those extra special events! Each truffle is hand made using our superior homemade
premium ice cream that has a surprise in the center (of your choice) for an elegant, tempting
presentation. You choose your favorite flavor of our premium ice cream as well as the surprise
center! If full service is chosen, we serve each truffle as a “work of art”. We top our
truffles with gourmet sauces along with shaved chocolates, mixed nuts and fresh fruits.
Sundae Bar

Our most popular package regardless of the occasion! Build your own by beginning with our hot
fudge, caramel and strawberry sauces, then lay on your choice of 9 more toppings (12 total)
including chocolate chips, chopped Snickers, M&Ms, Heath Bar, Butterfinger, Oreo cookie
crumbs, rainbow and chocolate sprinkles, chopped nuts, whipped cream and top it off with
maraschino cherries. Substitutes for candy toppings are permitted - please see our list of
toppings. If desired, freshly made waffle bowls can be added for an additional charge – please
call for a quote.

Hot Apple Dumplings

Delight your guests with our freshly baked homemade apple dumplings served warm with a
scoop of freshly made creamy vanilla bean ice cream and then topped with your choice of
caramel or maple syrup. Yum!

Ahhh, the unmistakable aroma of freshly sliced bananas, served with a “build your own” sundae
bar (12 toppings of your choice included). Go ahead: Live on the edge!
Bananas Foster

Does it get any better than this? A highly entertaining display of “Fire and Ice”! Fresh Bananas
Foster prepared on-site for your guests entertainment. When the flames subside, a warm sauce
with rich banana flavor, brandy liquors and a hint of cinnamon will be generously spooned over
the top of our creamy vanilla bean ice cream and served immediately. For an upcharge,
Cherries Jubilee can also be added to this package!
Fresh Fruit Cobblers
